It's clear from the very first sniff upon opening the package to the very last sip of every cup. My go-to is their medium-dark roast?strong, rich, and never bitter. It's the ideal balance of strength and subtlety. I also value their dedication to purchasing beans from Honduran family farms. As a consumer, sustainable and small-scale agriculture is very important to me, and it obviously adds to the quality of the product.
