Perfect for My Digital Payments

Generally Sound Service, Some Minor Issues
So far, Ice.io has been very reliable for most of my digital transactions. The easiness of the interface and the use of it is what gives me a good feeling about using it. At times, though, I have to cope with the slowness of the processing, especially at high volume. While such situations are rare, they can be a bit frustrating. Otherwise, the platform is great and secure.

Best Digital Wallet for Everyday Use

Perfect for Sending Money

Great but Can Be Slow at Times
I have used this website for perhaps a month now, and it has gone really well, aside from two or three instances when it took a little longer than anticipated. Generally, the ease of use of the website was quite good, and the fees applied were generally reasonable. I would recommend using the website, but one should be prepared for delays from time to time.

Easy to Use, But Lacks Extra Features
I have had a generally positive experience with Ice.io: it's relatively easy to use, and transactions are quick and generally reliable. However, I really wish it had more advanced functionality, like recurring payments or easier integration with my bank account. But for simple digital payments, it is a great medium on which I would be happy to continue.

Great for International Transfers

Easy User Experience
The user experience with Ice.io is very smooth and easy. I have used it to pay personally, and up until now, no challenge has happened. The application is pretty straightforward, and I can perform every type of payment without any problems. My only complaint would be that sometimes during the peak of hours, there has been a lag, aside from which it has been great service. This also makes this platform pretty upfront about what will be your fees, so that is something that doesn't cause much confusion. I am confident in using Ice.io for my daily financial needs and can suggest this as the most secure and user-friendly platform to others.

Excellent for Small Transactions

Great, but Needs More Payment Options

It has been the most helpful tool so far, for our remotely operating team: We have used it for task tracking, file sharing, and for collaboration on projects. Good but a few minor issues
Overall, Ice.io is a fantastic platform for both task management and collaboration. The features are functional, and it has definitely improved the organization of our team. I have encountered some minor glitches with the mobile app-it does not sync perfectly-but that doesn't stop us from using the web version, which works fine.

Not a great fit for my team
I tried Ice.io with high hopes after reading all the great reviews, but sadly, it just didn't work out for my team. While user-friendly, this platform simply doesn't have enough customization for us. We have a rather complex workflow, and some of the integrations just didn't work as they should. And to add insult to injury, the mobile application was quite buggy; this also contributed to delayed updates. Customer service was responsive but not very helpful, beyond the standard steps of troubleshooting. After several weeks of trying to make this work, we decided to move on. You might consider Ice.io if your needs are basic, but for us, it just didn't work.

Disappointing experience with integrations
I signed up to Ice.io because it seemed, from the introduction and presentation, to be quite a good fit for our team collaboration needs. However, it didn't live up to our expectations of seamless integrations with other tools used by us. We continued having syncing issues even after following all instructions. The reporting feature felt highly limited compared to other platforms. Their customer support team was helpful; however, it was unable to fix the problem fast enough. I had to deal with much troubleshooting at my end. While it's really easy to use the platform, it didn't give us the functionality we needed.

Too many bugs and glitches
Two months of using Ice.io after high hopes about it, it leaves me very disappointed. The whole system was full of bugs. For example, tasks disappeared into air, or other people got them instead of me. And the mobile application was even worse: it would crash every time when I tried to open some important document. I even tried to refer to customer support, but the response time was slow, and the fixes did not resolve issues. Now I'm searching for something more stable. Until the bugs are fixed, I can't recommend it.

Needs some tweaks
Some great features of ice.io, but a couple of things it lacks. I have had it load pretty slow many times, and the search is pretty limited. It does what it needs to as far as task management goes, but feels like there should be more to it. Hopefully, some of that gets fixed in future updates.

Not as intuitive as I would have liked
While Ice.io has many neat features, the first time I opened it, I did find the interface somewhat confusing. It took some time to get used to where everything was laid out and positioned. Once I got the feel for it, it was no problem, but definitely not as intuitive as one would hope.

Lacking some essential features
Generally speaking, Ice.io is not bad, but I expected more personalization possibilities in general, like custom reporting. Integrations with other apps were also limited regarding my case. It works well for basic project management, but if you need something more complex, then this won't be for you.

The best with cross-functional teams

Ice.io has exceeded our expectations.

Disappointing than expected
Using the Ice.io platform for a couple of months now, I am hardly satisfied. The platform works, but I have had plenty of issues with tasks not syncing properly, assigning them to the wrong team member, etc. Their mobile version is a disaster; it always crashes now and then, and it doesn't sync with the web version either. Customer service has not been responsive, and I have not been able to find any meaningful resolution of these issues. Also, I feel the task management features are basic compared with other tools I've used; similarly, reporting features are limited. Generally speaking, I think it has potential, but a lot of improvements both in stability and functionality are needed to really be effective for a team of our size.

Disappointing performance and support
Having read through the reviews about Ice.io, I had very high expectations; my experience so far has been really disappointing. After a few weeks using the platform, I started running into major issues. Tasks would not sync correctly, and there were many situations when deadlines were missed because of some sort of syncing error. The mobile application is basically not working at all; it crashes very often. That means I just can't see the important updates of the projects when I'm on my way somewhere. I also contacted their support team, and they told me that they would fix this, but the response came rather late, and nothing had been fixed yet. With a tool having a subscription fee, I expect so much more when it comes to stability and support. I will not be renewing my subscription, nor would I recommend this to any person.

Lack of essential features
We were very excited to start working with Ice.io for our project management needs, but after a few weeks, we realized that it was not meeting all of our needs. While this is all right for light work management, the functionality in this system feels sparse compared to the competition and includes things like advanced reporting features, time tracking, and customizable options. Integrations with third-party tools are also really limited, which has become a big concern for us. The platform may be a bit slow at times, and I've encountered several bugs that didn't get fixed even after I reached out to customer support. It's not a bad tool to work with for small teams that have basic needs but is definitely not destined for more complex workflows.

Only Some Advanced User Features
Generally speaking, Ice.io is good for basic project management tasks. If it is a team like ours that needs more from the tool, it's a complete letdown. There is no advanced reporting, and there is not even significant integration with other tools. Not good for large teams
I wouldn't use Ice.io for more than five in a team. When we were small, everything was fine, but after growing our team, we started to face scaling issues. The platform just can't handle workflows for big projects. Also, the UI becomes messy when trying to handle a lot of tasks. Unfortunate, because it has a lot of potential. Just doesn't meet our needs.

Frustrating experience
I have very frustrating experiences with Ice.io. It's a great tool, in theory, but it has so many bugs inside that using it effectively is pretty hard. For example, it often happens that the task dependencies are not updated properly and/or the notification mechanism is unreliable. It seems to me that numerous improvements can be done, especially regarding performance.

A Disappointing Experience with Delayed Withdrawals
I signed up on this platform because it seemed from a view that it would be great, but I have been having nothing but delayed withdrawals. I've pulled money out several times, and every time, it's longer than the stated time for the processing to take place. I tried to reach support, and they would answer, but the problem of delays continued. What irritates me is that I previously used other platforms, and their withdrawal process was much, much faster in comparison to theirs. Of course, I know it will take some time, but all these excessive waits raise questions in my mind. I also felt that the fee for withdrawal is higher than what I anticipated. Still, I keep my fingers crossed that one day they can make improvements in withdrawal, but for the time being, I am really reconsidering continuing with them.

Bad customer service, Confusing Interface
I have been using ice.io fairly frequently, but the last time I just got irritated. First of all, the user interface is very clunky and seriously non-intuitive to use. It is frustratingly hard to get around and learn different sections and features. Also, I have encountered problems with their customer support team. Once I reached them regarding the billing issue, it came out that I get super slow responses, and my problem was never resolved. After more than a week of waiting with no update, I decided to close the account. Lack of communication and poor user experience are one of my biggest disappointments. Won't be returning to this platform.

Messed up with Limited Features, Poor Performance
I've been using Ice.io for a few months now, and I am not impressed with its feature set. It is pretty limited compared to some other services and seems to work a bit slower. Transfers are going slower than I expected, and the interface is not as polished as I would like. Could Be Better If More Transparent
I've had mixed feelings about Ice.io: on one hand, the platform works reasonably well, and signing up was fast. I did have some problems with their fees and a lack of transparency around those fees. I've only become aware of some of the hidden fees after making a transaction. It would be nice if the platform were more transparent with its pricing. Other features are just a tad superfluous and don't enhance the experience at all. Hopefully, they can work on these things because the potential is definitely there.

Frustrating Experience - Account Locked without Reason
Upset with my experience on Ice.io. Recently, I tried to access my account, and you know what? My account got locked for \security reasons.\ I bothered customer support many a time, but as it really took more days than expected before I was able to get some real answers. Finally, they said it was due to \suspicious activity\ that my account was locked-which was very strange, since I hadn't made anything out of the ordinary in terms of transactions. Even after I could prove who I am, my account remained locked for several more days, thus causing a great deal of inconvenience. Having faced this case of poor handling, I have lost my trust in the platform and am looking forward to taking my businesses elsewhere.

I've been on Ice.io for weeks, wherein at least twice, I've gone through the pain of above-expected transaction time. The worse part is the customer support-it really took a hell of a while to get in touch when trying to reach for help. For one, the fees are a lot higher than they state. I paid more than what I thought I would have to for a transfer and asked support, but no clear explanation was given. Also, the transactions took hours, as opposed to minutes. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience, I will be looking for a more transparent and reliable service elsewhere.

Good Platform, Missing Some Features at the Same Time
Generally, I find it reliable to send and receive payments on this platform; at the same time, I feel it actually lacks some of the key features which will make it more useful. This includes things like creating recurring payments or integration with other tools I use in the financial aspect. While the service works for basic transactions, I think this service misses much of what the competitors are offering. It is a pretty decent alternative if Ice.io continues to add more and more features. As is, though, it's just an okay option for light, simple transactions.

Frustrating Service with Delayed Transactions
I have been using the service of Ice.io for several months by now, and so far, it has not at all been a good experience with it. Though it had seemed a good choice for digital transaction management when I chose the platform, I have faced a number of issues that make it difficult to continue using it. One of the biggest problems constitutes delayed transactions. I have made more than one transfer and had to wait for hours for its processing, which is not acceptable at all. Furthermore, I have received some hidden fees that were never shown or clearly mentioned to me during my transactions. That is so annoying because it shows a lack of transparency. I tried to reach support, and the response was very slow and unhelpful. It took days to get a generic response back that did not solve my issue. The aforementioned issues make me really not confident in continuing to use them for my transactions. I will be looking for a more reliable platform where such transactions would go quicker, with better customer support.

Could Be Great, But Lacks Reliability
Ice.io could be a great platform if only it did not have reliability issues. I mean, several times I try using it, even businesswise, the lags are constant. I generally expect fast transfers, but with Ice.io, these have taken anywhere from several hours up to a couple of days. Besides, this system freezes quite frequently, especially during peak times, which creates a difficult situation in terms of execution. Although designed to be user-friendly, lags in processing and technical problems raised make it less dependable than I would want. I sent an e-mail to their customer service support team; the responses were very late, and the problem was never really sorted out. What a waste of potential this site could have been. As it is now, unless these problems are ironed out, I just can't recommend it as a trusted tool for digital transactions.

Hidden Fees and Terrible Customer Support
I used Ice.io for a couple of months, and I was really frustrated with the service. While the platform itself was sleek and easy, great to use, I really did have a lot of issues with the unexpected fees. Some transactions that I was unaware would have been charged with fees upfront were levied on me. On reaching out to inquire about said charges, I didn't hear any clear explanations. Worst of all, the response times were abysmally slow, and they really seemed not to take my concerns seriously. My last few transactions took way longer than they should have taken to process, incidentally further exacerbating my frustration. I expected much better service, especially considering the fees I've paid. I will now be looking for alternatives and will not use Ice.io again.

Not Worth the Trouble
Ice.io seemed like a good option at first, but after a few months of using it, I can confidently say that it's not worth the trouble. The platform works, but the transaction speed sometimes works and other times doesn't; sometimes my payments come through in minutes, other times I needed to wait for hours for the same service. Adding to that, I have had problems of crashes and freezing during transfers. That is so inconvenient and a bit worrying, too. What is worse, when this was reported to support, I got them to revert pretty slowly, and the responses were unhelpful. It frustrates me that their team does not communicate well. The app itself is quite straightforward, but some of the technical hiccups and lack of timely support make me very apprehensive about using it for higher-value transactions. I do need a service provider that can provide me with more continuity and dependability.

Disappointing and Unreliable Service
I truly wished to expect the best when I signed up with Ice.io. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite opposite of good. The verification process, just as was expected, took some time way more than projected. Then, the platform in itself was quite slow, with longer times for the passage of each transaction than I had anticipated. To add insult to injury, there is a lack of transparency in the fees that one is expected to pay. Several times, I have been charged more for some transactions without prior notice. When I contacted customer support, I didn't receive any helpful or timely responses, and all that did was frustrate me with feelings of not being taken into consideration. Overall, the services are not up to expectations promised by Ice.io, and I will move my future transactions to another platform. The service seriously needs an uplift in terms of reliability and customer support before I can recommend it to anyone.
