The frappe mixes are far too sweet, even those marketed as "premium" or "natural." The actual base flavors, matcha, chocolate, chai, are completely overpowered. It doesn?t help that the mixes are designed to be ready-to-use, making them hard to modify without losing consistency. I had to reduce the portion just to make it drinkable, which defeated the convenience factor. Not a good fit for customers seeking flavor sophistication or reduced-sugar options. Very disappointing.
