Lacking follow-through on return process

Got one generic reply saying they?d look into it, and then radio silence. After two weeks, I emailed again, and only then did they ask for the same details again ? like they never read the first email. Felt like I was going in circles. Eventually, I had to escalate with my payment provider to get a full refund. The whole ordeal took over a month. That?s just not acceptable when you?re dealing with defective products. The website might seem polished, but the back-end service is lacking. It?s not even about the product anymore ? it?s how they handle problems. Wouldn?t recommend ordering anything unless you?re 100% sure you won?t need to return it.

Inconsistent quality and unclear warranty
