Overall, I can honestly say that I am more than satisfied with the level of service, and I intend to use First American for all of my home repairs.

Filing a claim for a broken water heater took over a week to get someone to come out and even look at the issue. Communication was very poor and me not knowing when a technician was going to come. Once a technician came, it took a few days more because they did not have the necessary parts. It practically lasted for almost two weeks, which was really inconvenient. And during such a procedure, customer care was of no help at all when I called to get my grievances heard. For what I'm paying for this service, I had thought there would be more efficiency and proper communication. Waited to get the repairs done, and by the lack of updates, it makes me feel so disappointed.

Disappointed with services at First American Home Warranty. Had a major problem with plumbing, had a lot of expectations for quick and fast resolution. Process was worse than nightmare. It took almost two weeks to get someone to come out and assess the damage, and there has been such a minimal amount of communication from the company that I have had to follow up multiple times, even just to get an answer as to when the repair would be. Then, when the technician finally came out, he didn't have any of the proper tools so that the problem could not be fixed that day. Thus, after waiting for so long, I was compelled to call a local plumber to fix the problem. I have used home warranties multiple times, but this has been my worst experience yet. I'm not renewing my plan with them and will advise others to seek better service somewhere else.
