My experience with the company in question failed to meet the advertising standards I'd been shown. Despite getting everything as promised, this was a frustrating service to try to use at times. Website was too slow sometimes so that at other times information I'd sought on a page was actually inaccessible. I would have appreciated the customer service support being a bit more proficient with more complex questions that make one feel unsupported. It was all right at the end, but the way it came out was a lot of trouble. I won't be recommending this unless you like dealing with inefficiencies.

Sadly, I was not satisfied with my stay. The policy terms were not explained to me well and I had to call many times before knowing what exactly I was signing up for. The support team seems to be overburdened and not really supportive. And the surprise was the hidden fees which was not declared before the visit. I had expected a more professional approach, especially for the money I paid. Even so, they did resolve the issues, but took ages to do so and needed loads of effort on my side.
