Good Job Despite a Rocky Start

Really Helped Take the Stress Out

Late, Slow, and Unprepared
The movers were over an hour late and didn?t call ahead. Once they arrived, they took forever to get started and moved like snails. No urgency, no organization. They had no equipment and used my supplies. I ended up helping just to finish on time. I contacted support and got a polite but useless apology. Disappointing service overall.

Nightmare Move
Everything about this move was chaotic. The movers arrived 45 minutes late, clearly rushed, and barely spoke English, making communication tough. They banged into walls and didn?t seem to care. Two boxes were crushed and one leg of my chair was cracked. I called customer service, and they said to take it up with the local mover. That?s not what I expected when I booked through a national platform. I felt abandoned and disappointed.

Disorganized and Unprofessional
The helpers arrived with no tools, no plan, and no professionalism. They seemed to argue over what to do and wasted time standing around. I had to step in and direct them. One guy left halfway through the move without saying anything. I had to call the office just to figure out if someone was coming back. Not a Smooth Experience
Booking was easy, but everything after that was a hassle. The crew didn?t bring the proper equipment, showed up nearly an hour late, and left trash behind. One guy clearly didn?t want to be there. My sofa was dragged across the floor, leaving a scuff mark, and no one said anything until I pointed it out. Customer service apologized but pushed the issue off to the moving company itself. Felt like HireAHelper washed their hands of the issue. Wouldn?t recommend unless they take more responsibility for their vendors.

Just Not Worth It
This was easily one of the most frustrating moves I?ve had. I paid for two movers and only one showed up. HireAHelper wasn?t able to resolve it that day, so I ended up doing most of the lifting with a neighbor. The one mover who did show was friendly but obviously couldn?t do it alone. I asked for a partial refund, but the process was overly complicated and took weeks. What?s the point of booking online if the system doesn?t ensure the basics? Totally unreliable and not worth the money.

Didn?t Go as Planned

Five Stars All the Way

Really Impressed!

Good Experience Overall
