Package damaged and poorly packed
My order arrived with bottles leaking and soil spilled everywhere. The packaging didn?t protect the items properly. When I complained, the response was slow and not very helpful. I was left with a mess and some unusable products. Not happy at all.

Packaging was weak
My package arrived with some items crushed inside, probably due to bad packaging. Customer service was polite but took a long time to respond. They eventually offered a partial refund but I was disappointed because I expected better care. Shipping was also slower than stated. Not sure I?ll reorder.

Great for beginner growers

Transparent pricing, good service

Nice variety but check stock first

Extremely disappointed with shipping
I waited almost two weeks for my order and no updates were given. When I contacted customer service, they were slow to reply and couldn?t give a clear explanation.
