Requires effort, but worth it
Took care of my own viewings and saved a lot. Some things on the platform needed clearer instructions, but overall it was a good deal.
Missed buyer follow-ups
One buyer dropped off without notice. I had to reach out myself because Hemverket didn?t follow up.
Poor follow-up during sale
Communication was good at first, but once the listing went live, it became harder to reach someone. Responses were slow, and at one point we went four days without hearing back while bids were coming in. The idea of doing the viewings ourselves was fine, but we expected more support on the backend. Also had some confusion with the bidding process?felt like we were left to figure things out alone. Would have appreciated more consistent follow-up or at least a check-in when major updates were happening.
Major savings
Ended up saving around 70,000 SEK. Everything worked as expected. Took some effort but worth it with the help they gave.
Inflexible system
Wanted to adjust some listing details but the process took days. Had to email multiple times before changes were made. Should be easier to manage in real-time.
