Customer service needs work
The oil is okay, nothing special. My real issue was with customer support. I sent two emails about my order being delayed and never got a reply until like a week later. That just doesn?t give a good feeling as a customer. When I did get the order, it was fine, but the experience left me second-guessing if I?d buy again. Just needs better communication and follow-through.

Didn?t meet expectations
I had high hopes for this CBD oil, but it just didn?t work for me. I used it every night hoping it would help my sleep but honestly saw no change at all. Poor packaging and no results
The package arrived with the bottle leaking and the box was all crushed. I tried the oil anyway, but after using it for a week I didn?t feel anything different. Didn?t help with stress or sleep like they claimed. Also, the label on the bottle was all faded and hard to read. Not worth the money

Solid product, subtle taste
Enjoy how the full spectrum hemp oil tastes earthy and natural, no sweeteners added. I picked the MCT coconut version and it blended fine in coffee. It calms me mid?day. Packaging is minimalistic, but hey it?s eco?friendly. Just wish they had more flavor options.

Customer care nice, site misleading deal
Customer service was friendly and responsive, which I appreciated. I had a promo code though that didn?t go through during checkout, and it was kind of a pain to get fixed. They helped eventually but I wish the site just worked better to avoid confusion. Still, good people behind it.

Muscle rub saved me

Too strong for me
I know some people like natural, earthy stuff, but this was way too bitter for me. I tried mixing the oil with tea and juice, and I still couldn?t get it down. I had to stop using it because it made me gag a little. Customer service said they don?t do flavoring. I get the whole clean ingredient thing, but they could?ve at least warned how strong it is.

Good quality but shipping slow

Helpful tincture, shipping costs high
The tincture did what I needed it to do?helped me calm down after long work shifts. I liked the minimal ingredients and labeling. But the shipping cost was a little steep for a small order. If they offered free shipping for lower amounts, I?d probably order more often.
