Poor packaging, missing parts
Box of badges arrived with half of them missing and packaging torn. Some badges rattled loose in box?obvious issue during packaging. When contacting support, was told items were ?probably misplaced? and they might refund later. Felt shrugged off and ignored. Not acceptable for a fan purchase.

Loved the packaging and extras
Received my BTS-themed journal faster than expected. It was packaged with care, and they even included a few cute stickers as a freebie. Great quality, smooth delivery

Nice store for unique merch

Hoodie sizes inconsistent
Purchased size M hoodie per size chart, but it fits like a tight small?shoulder seams sit oddly, and sleeves are shorter than expected. Measurement tool on site seems inaccurate. Overcharged fees and no notice

Delayed refund nightmare
Returned a faulty enamel pin a month ago. Support confirmed receipt, but refund never processed despite reminders. Each response was ?we?re working on it.? Bank charges came for returned funds but no refund from them. Felt like I?m chasing them down instead of them helping me. No trust left if this keeps happening.
