Extremely Disappointed with My Order

Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Products

Wasted Money

I had ordered a set of coils and a new mod; however, when they finally arrived, coils didn't fit my mod right, and the mod was defective on its own. Tried to contact them for the return, but it was a big pain in the neck. After many emails and more than a week of waiting, they finally agreed to send me a return label. Terrible Packaging, Poor Customer Service

I ordered a number of vape accessories and e-juices, but the packaging was terrible. Everything came in smashed, with liquids leaking everywhere. I immediately contacted Healthcabin.net for resolution, but it was slow; and when they did, they only offered a small discount on future orders, which resolved absolutely nothing.
