"These Hatch Green Chiles are fantastic. They have such a strong, just out of the garden flavor, similar to what I enjoy from New Mexico. They came well-arranged and ready to use. I have been using them to flavor my favorite dishes: green chile stew and enchiladas. They really do bring an added dimension. The hotness comes through wonderfully without overpowering, and the smoky undertone is very subtle yet completely exquisite.
