Packaging Needs Improvement
"The packaging was not tight, and some chiles were crushed by the time they were delivered. They looked crushed and had lost much of their appeal. It is disheartening paying top dollars for something that might arrive in such a deplorable condition. Hope they review how they pack to ensure the product reaches destination in a better state."

Not as Fresh as Expected
"The chiles I received were not as fresh as I had hoped. They had a dull appearance, and a few even seemed spoiled. I've ordered Hatch chiles from other places before and never had this issue. While the flavor was decent, the lack of freshness left me disappointed."
