What a lovely Surprise in the Art Workshop.

Went in not knowing what to expect from an art workshop bought on Groupon, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructor was an experienced artist who spent time with each participant. Well-organized workshop, high-quality materials provided. Left with a piece of art I'm proud of and new skills. Great way to spend a weekend afternoon.

Not What Was Promised - Yoga Class Deal

It said that the yoga class deal entitled me to classes according to the schedule. However, upon buying the deal, they told me that hot popular times were not applicable. That was misleading, didn't fit my schedule, and rendered the deal useless to me. So sad that I got misled by ads.

Problematic Car Repair Service

Took my car in for a simple service using a Groupon deal. The shop ended up causing more issues than they fixed and then tried to charge me extra for repairs that previously weren't needed. It was an upsetting experience and Groupon was of no help in the dispute resolution process.

Poor Hotel Amenities

Amenities at the hotel booked through Groupon were poorly maintained. The pool was filthy, there was minimal breakfast variety, and the rooms were in ill repair. Was not the bargain I had hoped for, and the quality was not as promised through Groupon.

Missed Appointment for Pet Grooming

Booked through Groupon for pet grooming. When we arrived, the groomer was overbooked and pushed our appointment back several hours thus screwing up the rest of our day's schedule. Grooming was done in a rush and below standard. Lousy service all around from the groomer and Groupon's booking system.

Hotel Overbooking Nightmare

Went with a popular resort and booked a weekend getaway. Arrived and they said our room was overbooked, so they would be putting us in a smaller hotel. Not the same quality and cut into the little time we had on vacation trying to get everything situated. Groupon's customer service wasn't very helpful in offering a good solution. VERY disappointed with the whole experience.

Groupon had a great deal on a fitness class package. The classes are diverse and address the needs of all levels of fitness. The instructors are informative and motivating, making each session challenging yet fun. It is a wonderful community among members because of their encouragement. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into or simply stay in shape.

Seamless Beauty Salon Appointment

Managed a last-minute beauty salon appointment with Groupon and was very impressed with the service I received. The salon duly honored the Groupon without any problems and I received an excellent treatment. The friendly and courteous staff made me feel pampered and cared for. Fantastic Local Theater Production

Concert Ticket Disaster

Purchased concert tickets for a popular band and received confirmation. On the day of the event, the tickets were invalid at the gate. Found out they were sold to multiple people. The situation caused a lot of stress and disappointment, especially since it was supposed to be a special occasion.
