Food Was Cold
Twice in a row, my meals arrived cold. Heating them up in the microwave made them taste worse. If a service advertises fresh food, they should at least make sure it?s delivered warm. It?s not worth the price if this keeps happening.

Excellent Customer Service Experience
At one event, I had last minute changes. Grizzly Chefs staff took them in stride, adjusted menu, accommodated dietary needs, and even added someone extra. The manager (I think Felipe) was easy to reach. Food was still on time and even better than some fully planned events I?ve attended.

Dependable Though Occasional Timing Quirks
