Ordered eco-friendly kitchen towels but they came wrapped in tons of plastic wrap! That defeats the purpose. I messaged support and they said ?it?s standard.? Really? If you promote sustainability, why add plastic? I returned them but return shipping cost more than towels. Company values feel hollow when they contradict themselves so badly.

Disappointed in quality
I ordered some biodegradable wraps but the quality was far from what I expected. They arrived thin, barely usable. Terrible tracking info

Tastes okay but packaging loud
Bought granola and it tastes okay, very natural. However the packaging makes a loud crackling noise, which is annoying when opening. Feels wasteful too. Foods were fine inside, but a quieter bag would improve the experience. Overall product good, but sensory packaging matters too.

Good products, poor site filters

Love the idea, execution lacking
