Disappointed in quality

Terrible tracking info
They sent shipping notice one day, then complete silence. No tracking link or estimate. My package arrived two weeks late with no heads-up. I emailed, support replied days later apologizing but offered no compensation. It was a stressful waiting time. Not what I expect from a site selling reliability. Tastes okay but packaging loud
Bought granola and it tastes okay, very natural. However the packaging makes a loud crackling noise, which is annoying when opening. Feels wasteful too. Foods were fine inside, but a quieter bag would improve the experience. Overall product good, but sensory packaging matters too.

Good products, poor site filters
