Late, poor fit, bad fabric
My experience was bad from start to end. Took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the pants didn?t fit even though I measured carefully. The waist was super tight while the legs were baggy. The fabric wasn?t soft either, felt stiff even after washing. I tried to return and got no help at all. Not even a form or label. They just stopped responding. I regret ordering from them big time.

Thoughtful design, minor smell
The ribbed tee is soft and well designed. It had a slight natural cotton smell at first, but faded after wash. Eco?friendly messaging is nice. Happy with purchase, would order again.

No nasty chemicals
Hypoallergenic cotton means no skin reactions for my kid, that?s huge. Cloth quality feels clean. A bit pricey but justified. Delivery took 5 days to Belgium, good. Would like occasional sales though.

Excellent grains, zero fuss

Ethical and beautiful

Good sampling idea
They offer little sample sachets which I like to try new seeds. Flax seeds sample convinced me to buy big bag. I did find mixture a bit dusty but overall fresh. Strong thumbs?up.

Beautiful but color faded
When the sweatshirt arrived, the print was vibrant and soft to the touch. My daughter loved it. But after just two washes, I noticed the color faded a little faster than I expected. It?s still usable, and she still wears it, but I was hoping it would hold up longer. Might try something else next time.

Sizing is all wrong
I used the size guide to carefully choose the right fit for my daughter, but when the dress arrived it was way too small. It looked like it was for a younger age group entirely. Tried contacting them about an exchange and didn?t get a response for over a week. By the time they replied, I had already bought something else. For a premium kidswear brand, this level of service and quality is just not acceptable.

Comfortable but size runs small

Adorable baby clothes

Colors faded instantly
I bought a set that looked really vibrant in the photos, but after just one gentle wash, the colors faded so bad it looks worn out already. I didn?t expect that from such expensive kids clothes. I followed all the care instructions exactly. Super disappointed. I reached out about it but didn?t get any real help?just a copy-paste message. I expected a lot more from them. Won?t recommend to any of my friends or family.

Worst online shopping experience
I ordered a gift for my friend?s baby and it never even showed up. I emailed support twice and no reply until 10 days later, and even then they didn?t really help. Tracking number was invalid and no update after that. I was really excited to try this brand but now I just feel scammed. I expected better from a company that claims to be ethical and sustainable. This whole thing was just super frustrating.

Top notch quality

Great mission, poor customer care

Had potential but fell short

Lovely concept, not practical

Photos were misleading
The item I bought looked cozy and thick on the website, but in real life it was paper thin and felt more like pajamas than outerwear. Didn?t match the description
The product description said 100% cotton but when I got it, the tag listed some synthetic material too. I specifically chose this item for my child?s sensitive skin. Felt completely misled. I tried to clarify with customer service and they just said the tag might be different in wording. That?s not good enough. Now I have something my kid can?t even wear. Can?t trust a company that isn?t honest about what they?re selling.

Soft print but odd fit
The print on the sweater I bought was absolutely lovely. Soft colors, not too loud. But the fit was strange?too wide in the shoulders and short in the waist. My daughter looked adorable, but she?ll probably outgrow it sooner than expected. Still debating if I?ll order again.

Mixed fabric not expected
The pants I ordered were labeled as organic cotton, but when I read the tag it also had some spandex in it. It?s not a big deal, but I was hoping for completely natural fiber. Still, the fit was nice and stretch helped. I think they should mention this detail more clearly upfront. Otherwise, the stitching and feel were both really good.

Felt like a rip-off
These are some of the most overpriced baby clothes I?ve seen. I get that they use organic cotton, but the feel was average at best and the stitching already coming undone after two wears. The pants I got had threads sticking out on the sides. Contacted customer service and they basically ignored me. I could have bought three outfits elsewhere for the same price and better quality too. Completely not worth the hype at all.

Fabric irritated baby?s skin

Shipping took forever
Ordered a hoodie in what should?ve been plenty of time before my son?s birthday, but it didn?t arrive for over 3 weeks. No updates, no tracking that worked, nothing. Organic cotton feels amazing

Not worth it at all
The clothes might look good on the website, but don?t be fooled. What I got looked completely different in person. The fabric was rough and stitching uneven in several spots. My toddler hated the feel of the shirt, and I can?t blame him. I reached out to ask about a return and got ignored. You?d think a company charging this much would care more about customers, but clearly they don?t. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Waste of money
Ordered two things and neither were right. One had a broken snap button and the other had a weird shape that just didn?t fit my son. Tried washing and fixing it but nothing worked. My pantry?s new favourite
I changed my pantry to bulk dried beans from here and I can tell the difference. Creamy textures, no weird smell. Prices fair, delivery consistent. Ordering again this week.

Cute but not functional
The romper I bought looked adorable on the site, but it didn?t hold up in real life. The snaps kept coming undone whenever my baby moved too much, which made it very inconvenient. The cotton didn?t feel as soft as I?d hoped either?it?s not rough, just not special. Also, I had trouble finding proper wash instructions in the packaging. I expected better communication and more care for the price. Probably won?t try them again.

Handmade charm is real
I can tell these are made by hand?the stitching on pants is neat and sturdy. Hypoallergenic cotton means no skin issues for my daughter. Takes a bit long to load website but checkout process was smooth. Really happy overall.

Terrible customer service
The item I received had a loose thread unraveling at the bottom hem. I emailed about it and didn?t get a single reply until I followed up three times. And when I did get a reply, it was vague and unhelpful. They just said ?thanks for letting us know.? That?s it? No offer to replace or fix? For a brand that prides itself on quality, this is a joke. I won?t be shopping here again.

Design?s great but felt stiff
Love the aesthetic?simple, clean, and not overly bright like most kids clothes. But when I first opened it, the fabric felt a little stiff. After washing it got better, thankfully. It seems like it needs a couple washes to really soften up. I?ll still use it, just not what I thought when I first opened the package.

Good but slower support
Items arrived as described and packaging is compostable as they say. Clothes feel lasting. I had a question and support replied, but took 2 days. Not urgent but could be faster. Otherwise really nice experience.

Expensive and underwhelming
I really wanted to support an ethical brand and was okay paying a bit more, but I feel like I didn?t get my money?s worth. The t-shirt came with a weird smell and had a small stain near the hem. It?s subtle, but still. Also, it took almost 10 days to get here, and I wasn?t able to track the package properly. Not the worst company, but definitely not what I expected based on their website.

Damaged item and no reply
My package arrived with the corner torn and the item inside actually had a stain on the sleeve. Clearly wasn?t inspected before shipping. I emailed them about a replacement but never got any reply. Not even a confirmation they received my message. This was supposed to be a gift and now I?m left embarrassed. I understand mistakes happen but ignoring your customers is not the way to go. They?ve lost me for good.

Faded fast and didn?t fit
I ordered a sweatshirt that looked amazing online. When it arrived, it fit a little small, but I kept it thinking maybe it?ll stretch. After one wash (gentle cycle), the color faded a lot. I was really surprised. You expect better durability from a brand that charges this much and promotes natural, lasting fabrics. The actual cotton felt okay, but not enough to justify the cost or hassle. I might try other brands next time.

Real quality feel
As soon as I opened the package, I could tell the difference. This is quality cotton?soft but sturdy. My daughter?s pants fit perfectly. Took about a week to arrive which was fine. I do hope they add more neutral color choices soon.

Seeds are super fresh
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds were so fresh they crunch at first bite. I sprinkle them on salad everyday. Could use better photos but expect reliability. I'll recommend to friends.

Looked better than it was
The photos on the site made the outfit look soft and cozy, but in real life, it was kinda stiff and thin. I hoped it would feel more luxurious, especially since it?s supposed to be organic Pima cotton. The shipping was average, not too fast or slow. What really disappointed me though was the fit?awkward in the shoulders and too short in length. It wasn?t terrible, just didn?t meet my expectations for what I paid.

Lovely brand but items sell out
You can tell the brand puts effort into quality and design. The pieces feel thoughtful and are very cute. But I?ve noticed that things go out of stock super fast, and they don?t restock for weeks. I missed out on a set I really wanted because of this. Frustrating when you?re trying to plan outfits.

Great quality and fast delivery
I ordered whole wheat flour and they delivered so quick. The packaging was intact and ingredients tasted really fresh. I am happy that they also include a small recyclable bag, it?s a nice eco-thought. Website was easy to navigate, although one product image was a bit small. Overall, I feel like I?ll keep ordering from them. Definitely reliable.

Good value, fast reply
I had a question about bulk buying oats, customer care responded quickly and kindly. Price per kilo is better than my supermarket. Packaging was resealable which is super handy. Minor design suggestion: maybe show kilos vs grams clearer. Otherwise great site and food.

Fits well, but tight neckline
My son loves the shirt I got him, and it fits nicely around the body. But the neckline is tighter than it should be. It takes a bit of a struggle to get it over his head. Once on, it?s comfortable, but dressing him has become slightly harder with this one.

Too expensive for what you get
I liked the look of the clothes online and how they support ethical production, so I placed a small order. Unfortunately, I wasn?t that impressed when it came. The fabric was not as soft as described, and the pants shrunk a bit after one wash even with cold water. Also, customer service was slow to respond when I asked about a return. It?s just not worth the cost in my opinion. Cute designs though, I?ll give them that.

Disappointed with shipping and size
I really wanted to love this brand because of their organic cotton and sustainable approach. But my experience wasn?t great. It took nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive, and I didn?t get tracking updates until it was almost here. Also, the sizing was way off. I followed the chart, but the shirt still came too small for my son. It?s soft and the print is cute, but overall not worth the price or stress for me.

Not impressed with quality
I was really excited to support a sustainable brand, but sadly, my first order from Granelito didn?t go well. The pants I ordered looked cute online, but the fabric felt stiff and scratchy in person. My daughter didn?t even want to wear them. I tried washing to soften, but it didn?t help much. Also, the fit was strange?waist was too loose while legs were tight. Shipping was fast at least, but I probably won?t order again.

Sweet packaging idea
They tied a little ribbon on my herbs pack ? small touch but cheered me up. Herbs smelled pungent and fresh. Felt personal. Website loading a bit slow sometimes but checkout was fast. Overall happy.

Good item, but customs fees
The outfit I ordered was adorable and well sewn. Material felt great and packaging was clean. But I got hit with a customs fee that I wasn?t warned about. That added a big chunk to the final price. I?d consider ordering again if that part was clearer or covered.

Looked nothing like the photos
I was really drawn to the look of the clothes in the photos?they looked soft and stylish. But when I opened the box, it felt like a completely different item. The color was dull, the material stiff, and it had this strange smell. It honestly seemed used. I washed it and it still felt weird. Tried to return but the process was so unclear and no one answered my questions. Just an all-around bad experience.

Cute but size confusing
Designs are really cute, and the material seems soft and natural. But I had trouble figuring out the sizing. I followed the chart but the top still came a little short on the sleeves. Maybe my toddler is between sizes? It?s a lovely piece, just didn?t fit the way I hoped. A bit more sizing guidance on the website would help.

Honestly good but pricey

Love mission, needs more sizes
Really like what the company stands for?organic materials and fair production. But I wish they carried more size options, especially for older kids. My daughter is tall for her age and the largest size was still too snug. Hope they consider more inclusive sizing in the future because I?d love to keep buying from them.

Minimalist and lovely
I prefer simple designs and Granelito nails that clean, Scandinavian look. My toddler?s shirt fits great and washes well. Slight shrinkage but nothing major. Appreciate the sustainability info too. This is the kind of brand I feel good supporting.

Strong fabric, great fit
Trousers I bought have held up through washing with no shrinkage or fade. Good fit, true to size. Packaging was neat in recyclable bag. Wish they sold belt loops but not big deal. Very happy overall.

Completely disappointed
I gave this brand a try because of their values, but the product was a total letdown. The leggings were see-through when stretched, and I?m talking toddler size! That?s just unacceptable. I paid a premium thinking I was getting high-end organic clothes, but I?ve had better luck at fast fashion places honestly. Also, the delivery was late and customer service didn?t offer anything helpful. I won?t be wasting my money here again.

Reliable and clean

Great idea, poor execution
The concept behind Granelito is nice?eco-friendly and handmade items?but the actual product I got didn?t live up to the promise. The hoodie arrived wrinkled and smelling odd, like it had been stored too long. Even after washing, it still felt rough and the stitching seemed loose in parts. I expected higher quality for the cost. Shipping wasn?t fast either, took almost two weeks. I won?t say it?s terrible, but for the price I expected way better.

Poor value overall
I wanted to try Granelito after seeing some positive reviews. I ordered a dress for my daughter, and although it looked nice, the material didn?t feel premium at all. It also faded quickly after the first wash, and that was disappointing. For the price, I expected better durability. Also, they took several days to process the order before even shipping it. I?m all for sustainable fashion, but it still needs to meet basic quality expectations.

Looks nice, but not exact color
The pictures online made the jacket look a bit darker than it actually was. In person it?s more of a soft blue-grey than navy. Still nice, just not what I expected. The material is good though, and stitching is clean. Next time I?ll ask support before ordering.
