A few orders in, and GoodChop has proved to be good but not great: the meat quality is very good, with steaks tender and chicken juicy. Sometimes, cuts vary a little in size or shape, which can make cooking a bit tricky. Meat was late, and not as fresh as it seemed in the ads. Chicken breasts were dry, beef didn't have flavor. The packaging was good, but it didn't make the product worth its money. Quality overall was really poor, and after this experience, I don't want to use GoodChop at all.

Mediocre Meat Quality

Meats from GoodChop were chosen averagely, but quality didn't stand up as well as the price would say. Beef was tough to chew, chicken didn't have a fresh taste at all. Delivery on time, fine packaging, but such costs deserve much more in the quality of meat. I would probably look elsewhere next time.

Slow Customer Service

The meat in general was fine, but as for customer service, it was a big disappointment. I had an issue with my order, and days passed, yet nobody got back to me. And when they finally did, the resolution wasn't satisfying. I won't use this service again because a lack of timely support really ruined the experience.

Below Average Meat

I tried many of the services similar to it, and GoodChop was just not comparable. The beef was a bit chewy, and chicken seemed weird in texture. While packaging was such that things were cold, the quality did lack a little. With this price, I was expecting much better quality, and definitely will not place any further order.
