Terrible Experience

Unacceptable Quality Control

Terrible Customer Service
I bought a rug from Homary that took forever to get here, and when it finally arrived, it was rolled so poorly that it was unusable. I had called customer service a few times, but they gave me canned responses and didn't even try to help me with my issue. I finally requested a refund, but the whole experience was really frustrating and disappointing.
