Shipping and Support Failed Me
I ordered party supplies with more than a week of buffer time, thinking that would be plenty. But shipping was delayed with no notice, and tracking information didn?t update for days. I contacted customer support and got no response until two days after my event. The items arrived after the party, and some were damaged anyway. What?s worse is that I asked for a refund and never got a reply to that either. I ended up throwing away most of the order. It was such a waste of money and time. I wouldn?t mind the delays if the customer support was helpful or communicative, but they just ignored my emails. I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of responsibility was unacceptable. I?ve had better experiences with budget party suppliers. This was supposed to be more reliable, but it felt like a gamble. Definitely won?t be coming back.

Looks Better Than It Is
Gift Express has a good-looking website and a ton of product options, which is why I ordered from them. But unfortunately, the experience didn?t live up to the presentation. The plates and napkins were okay, but the banner and decor items were very cheaply made. One item had a weird smell and another came with a big crease that wouldn?t flatten out. The balloons popped easily, and we barely got them inflated before losing half of them. I contacted customer service to give feedback and never heard back. If they had at least acknowledged the issue, I might have been more forgiving. It?s frustrating when a business looks polished online but cuts corners with product quality and customer service. It made me feel like they cared more about getting the sale than actually providing a good experience. I probably won?t order from them again unless they improve quality control.

Wrong Order and Slow Fix
I ordered for a bridal shower and was sent the wrong theme completely. Instead of rose gold and white items, I received rainbow-colored kid-themed products. It was clearly a packing error, but the bigger issue was how long it took to fix it. I emailed them the same day I received it, and it took four full days to get a response. By the time the replacement was shipped, the event was already over. I ended up having to buy everything again from a local store. I did eventually receive a refund, but the delay and lack of urgency really affected my overall experience. Mistakes happen?I get that?but timely customer support makes all the difference. If they had handled it faster or offered express reshipping without me pushing for it, I might feel differently. As it stands, I won?t be using Gift Express again for any time-sensitive orders.

Not Worth the Stress
I wanted to like this store because they had a lot of themed party options, but the experience was just not worth it. My order came in two separate shipments, which I wasn?t told about in advance, so I panicked thinking things were missing. One of the shipments arrived very late?almost three days after the event. To make matters worse, the tablecloths and banners were very thin and ripped easily. A few decorations arrived with stains or scuff marks on them. I reached out to customer service and got a response only after I messaged them twice. They said there wasn?t much they could do since the items were considered ?disposable.? While I get that party supplies aren?t high-end products, I still expect a minimum level of quality. Between the late shipping, bad packaging, and poor service, I don?t plan on shopping here again. Just too much hassle for what I got.

Unorganized and Incomplete
I ordered several matching sets for a birthday party, but the package arrived missing key items. I double-checked my order, and everything was listed in the confirmation email, but at least four products weren?t in the box. Some of the items that did arrive were correct but felt really flimsy. The banner was smaller than it looked in the photo, and the print quality wasn?t great. I tried contacting Gift Express to get the missing items sent out, but it took almost a week to get a response. By that time, I didn?t need them anymore. I got a vague apology but no refund. I had to make a last-minute run to a local store to replace the items. Overall, the whole experience was chaotic and added stress to what was supposed to be a fun event. I don?t think I?ll risk ordering from them again in the future.

Looked Nice, But Poor Execution
I ordered some themed decorations for a baby shower and while the pictures looked beautiful online, the items that arrived were just not the same. The color tones were off, and some of the prints were blurry. A few of the decorations had creases in them from how they were packed, and the balloons didn't inflate properly?they had weak seams that leaked air. It was a real letdown because I had planned everything around what I saw online. I also noticed that a couple of the items were missing from my package. When I contacted customer service, I was told they?d check with the warehouse, but I never got a follow-up. Eventually, I gave up. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. If you?re doing something really simple and don?t mind a few flaws, maybe it?ll work?but I wouldn?t rely on them for anything detailed or theme-based again.

Always Dependable for Holiday Gifts
Every Christmas, I rely on GiftExpress.com to send gifts to my family out of state. So far, they?ve never let me down. Surprised by the Quality
I honestly expected party supplies to be kind of flimsy or generic, but the stuff I got from Gift Express was surprisingly good quality. I bought paper goods and decorations for my sister?s bridal shower, and everything looked great in person. The colors were bright, nothing looked cheap, and the materials held up well throughout the event. Shipping was super fast, and I got tracking info as soon as the order was processed. Even the packaging was neat?no bent corners or crushed boxes. I also liked that I didn?t have to contact customer support because there were no issues. I didn?t even realize how much that matters until now. Everything just arrived the way it should. I?ll definitely be using Gift Express again, especially for future events. It?s hard to find online stores that deliver quality and speed together, but they definitely did. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Very Poor Quality Supplies
I ordered a bunch of decorations for a graduation party and honestly, I regret it. Everything looked good online, but once I opened the box, it was clear the quality just wasn?t there. The banner was paper-thin and tore while hanging it up, the balloons kept popping while we tried to inflate them, and the plates felt flimsy?like they?d collapse under any food. Even the tablecloths were wrinkled and see-through. I paid a decent amount thinking I?d get at least medium-quality items, but this stuff was dollar-store level. Tried reaching out to customer service about returning the unopened extras and got no response. I wish I had just gone to a party store instead. It took way more effort trying to make everything work, and the end result still didn?t look very polished. Definitely not a site I?ll be recommending or returning to anytime soon. Disappointed overall.

Very Pleased With My Order

Big Disappointment All Around
I ordered a large set of items for a milestone birthday party?balloons, streamers, centerpieces, and themed cups/plates. Almost half the items arrived damaged or unusable. The balloons were stuck together and ripped when we separated them. A couple of the cups were cracked and unusable. I emailed customer service with pictures, but I didn?t receive a response at all. I followed up multiple times, but still no reply. I also noticed the tracking information was never updated after the initial shipment, so I had no clue when it would arrive. I had to scramble to get last-minute replacements, which cost me more money and added stress. The whole point of ordering online was to avoid this kind of headache. I?m not expecting luxury from a party supply store, but I do expect basic service and usable items. Really frustrating experience overall. Definitely wouldn?t use them again.

Damaged Goods, No Response
I ordered a set of party supplies for a small family event and when the box arrived, most of the items were either bent, scratched, or completely unusable. The balloons were deflated and stuck together, and two of the plates were broken. It was frustrating, especially because I paid for express shipping. I emailed customer service right away and included photos of the damage, but I never heard back. I followed up twice and still got no reply. Honestly, I can understand things getting damaged during shipping, but the lack of response made it worse. If they had at least acknowledged it or offered a partial refund, I might?ve considered giving them another shot. But now I?m left with bad products, extra expenses to replace everything locally, and no customer service support. Definitely wouldn?t recommend them after this experience. It just wasn?t worth the hassle at all.
