Frustrating and Unorganized
My experience with Bellhop was a nightmare. The movers were disorganized, arriving late without any notice. They had trouble moving my heavier pieces of furniture, which caused delays. Some of my items were broken, and they didn't care about the state of my belongings. Booking was easy, but the moving process was frustrating. I would not recommend Bellhop to anyone based on this experience.

Disappointed with Bellhop's Service
I was really expecting a lot from Bellhop based on the reviews, but my experience fell short. The movers were late and didn't appear to be well-prepared. They just rushed through the job, and some of my furniture got scratched and dented. I also had communication problems with customer service?they took too long to get back to me about my concerns. Although online booking was easy, the service itself didn't live up to my expectations. Next time, I'll be seeking other moving services.
