I had the worst experience with Cool Box. The box was late, and when it did come, it was filthy. Customer service didn't answer my complaints, which was extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on how badly everything was handled.

Not the Best Experience
Though the container was solid, the service wasn't as consistent as I would have hoped. The pickup was late, and there wasn't much flexibility in the pickup time. The pricing was good, but the whole experience was disappointing.

Rude Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with Cool Box because of their customer service. When I had a problem with the condition of my container, the customer service representative I called was rude and condescending. I had to call multiple times to have the issue resolved, and each time, I felt that my issues were not being heard. Container Was Damaged
I had a few problems with my Cool Box container. When I received it, there was apparent damage, such as dents on the side. While the staff were nice when I complained, it was still annoying to get a damaged container, especially at the price. The general service was good, but I wasn't pleased with the state of the equipment. Not sure if I will use them again based on this experience.

Unreliable Pickup Service
I thought highly of Cool Box, but the pickup process was a horror. Once I had loaded up the container, I was left with a window of four hours for pickup and they missed the deadline. It took me the whole extra day, which induced much stress. It was almost impossible to speak with anyone regarding updates, and their communication skills were very weak. I hope they become more reliable in the future, but I will not be recommending them.
