Lack of Communication
I was really disappointed with the lack of communication from Gateway First. After submitting my application, I expected regular updates, but I often went weeks without hearing anything. When I did finally manage to get in touch, the responses were generic and didn?t provide any real information. It felt like I was left to navigate the process entirely on my own, which was incredibly stressful. I tried to voice my concerns, but it seemed like they didn?t have time for me. In the end, I felt neglected and wouldn?t recommend their services based on my experience.
