Worst Online Shopping Experience
I ordered from FrootBat and got a defective product. Having written to their customer service, no one bothered to reply. It's been weeks, and the issues aren't solved yet. Worst service; bad product, too-it didn't work. Won't recommend buying anything from here.

I was really excited to try FrootBat but ended up feeling very disappointed. The website?s interface was difficult to navigate, and I couldn't find a lot of key information about the products I was looking for. After placing my order, I waited for over a week with no updates on the shipping. When I finally reached out to customer support, the response time was slow and not helpful at all. They didn't offer any compensation for the delay. Ultimately, I received my items, but they weren't up to the quality I expected, and some items were damaged. Terrible Experience Overall
I am so frustrated with my experience with FrootBat. I ordered numerous items, and the shipment was delayed without my notification. Having contacted them, all I got back was a generalized "We are sorry for the delay" kind of letter with no meaningful explanation whatsoever. When I finally got my package, it was short two items, and the items I did receive were completely wrong. They had sent me a completely different product, whereas I had ordered another. The refund process was even worse; it took ages to come, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any response. What is even frustrating is that the customer service team was so unhelpful and unprofessional. Seriously, I am going to reconsider using this service again. The quality of the goods is questionable, and besides that, with this bad communication, it is hard to have trust in this firm.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
My shopping experience was among the worst ever with FrootBat: their website was clunky and wasn't offering much in regards to information about the goods on sale. After I have placed my order, for almost two weeks, the package did not arrive. After it did, the packet was incomplete. Of these items, one was broken and the other was altogether wrong. I tried to call them several times, nobody answers. If they answered the phone, they just called me of no help, transferring me around all sorts of departments. Telling me that it was gonna be fixed, and of course, it never was. Now, I am disputing it through my credit card company. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Poor quality, even worse service.

Extremely Slow Shipping
FrootBat does have a great variety, but I'm thoroughly disappointed in the overall experience. I ordered a few things and had to wait almost 10 days for them to ship out. Once they finally shipped out, I received no status updates about my order. In fact, I needed to chase them down for an update on my order's status. Upon opening my package, several were not as described. One was dented big time, and another was missing parts. I called customer service, and got a super uninfluential response-backwards, basically offering me a discount on my next purchase instead of fixing the problem. I find it hard to trust a company that is so disorganized and does not listen to its clients. Not to buy again in these stores.

Experiences with FrootBat are so annoying. Their site had shown great promise, so I ordered a few things from them. Their shipping time was way longer than expected to arrive. That arrived with some of the products getting damaged and one quite misplaced. Also, I write to customer service, then delays in getting my responses. When they finally reached out to me, they were not very apologetic, nor did they give me any kind of resolution. The worst part had to be the refunding process, which was intricate and took numerous follow-ups until I finally got the money back. I understand mistakes happen, but this complete lack of proactive customer service makes me question this company's commitment to their customers.

Unreliable and Unresponsive
I had great hopes with FrootBat, but it ultimately had to be a very disappointing one. Shipping was just about a total eternity, and no one gave me information concerning my order status. Some near 10 days later, a package finally arrived-two items ordered were either badly damaged or not what had been ordered at all. On their website, they speak of some kind of easy return; all that was totally fake. Customer support was hard to reach, and even when they did get back to me, it was not helpful whatsoever. After a lot of hassle, I finally managed to get a partial refund, but the whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of communication and quality control needs to be addressed.

No Response to Issues
My experience with FrootBat was pretty frustrating. I ordered something, and it took them forever to ship. When I got the package, two of the items were wrong, and another was damaged. I tried calling customer support, nobody ever called me back; I even tried through social media. After a week of trying to get in touch, I finally heard back with an apology but no real solution. The whole process was incredibly stressful, and I was left with items I didn't order and a damaged product. I will not be ordering from here again.

Extremely Disappointed
I am so disappointed with FrootBat. It took much longer to be delivered than expected, and when it did, one of the items was completely shattered. I contacted their customer service, but a headache it was just to try and get them to acknowledge my issue. After a lot of waiting and repeated emails, they offered me a partial refund, but even that did not address the poor service or frustration experienced. What's worse, they didn't even provide any compensation for the inconvenience. That was a big disappointment, and I won't be ordering from FrootBat again.

Delayed Delivery, Poor Quality
FrootBat has the potential to be great but falls short on the issues of reliability. I made an order, and the shipping was delayed without any apparent reason. Once my package arrived, I was greeted with damaged items; some were cracked, and others had missing pieces. Terrible Quality Control
I had a very disappointing experience with FrootBat. My order was late, and if that wasn't enough, one of the items in it arrived broken. I immediately contacted their customer service, but it took several days for them to get back to me, and at that, it was just an apology and no solution. A company claiming to be reputable should really do better in terms of quality control and communication. The whole experience has left me very hesitant to ever buy anything from them again.

Not the Best Shopping Experience
I just did, with FrootBat-a little bit of a mixed bag. Their website is simple to navigate, though; the shipping just took infinitely longer than it should have. When I finally opened the box, one product was missing, and one order wasn't even correct. Support was really slow to reply and did not care too much to help solve the problems I had faced with them. Products were basically alright, but due to their careless attitude, I stay very indecisive as to my future orders from here.

Not Worth the Wait
Well, this order took ages, and when it finally did, there were a number of problems with it. One item had the wrong color, while the other had damages. Based on what it looked like on the website, it was quite good. Very disappointing, as it seems there is absolutely no control on the quality check. Customer service did get in touch after ages and without much satisfaction. Overall, it's going to take ages for me to go to FrootBat again.

Could Be Better
My experience with FrootBat wasn't great. Shipping took so much longer than promoted, and customer service was virtually impossible to reach. When I finally did get a hold of them, they apologized profusely but really didn't have any kind of solution. The product wasn't as good as one would have hoped, either, and returning it has been more trouble than it's worth. I will give them another try someday, but the first experience left a lot to be desired.

Unacceptable Delivery Delays
I have never felt more frustrated with any e-store than I feel towards FrootBat. The order arrived more than a week later than it was supposed to, and no explanation was ever given. The package arrived incomplete, and several things inside were ruined. I tried reaching their customer service, and it took days for them to get back to me; they did not offer anything of real assistance, either. That really let down the company's image of reliability.

Not Worth the Wait
It said it would deliver in days, but it took more than a week just to process the order. Very Poor Quality
Compared to this, all previous terrible online shopping experiences are like, well, okay. First of all, the product received was quite below expectations; secondly, the description given on the website proved to be quite misleading. Besides that, the item also came with damage. I have complained about it to the customer support people, but they seem either inefficient or reluctant to attend to my queries. Never again will I make purchases from FrootBat.

Never Again
Ordered with FrootBat and regretted it. Took them ages to even ship my order, then wasn't anywhere near what I had ordered. The item descriptions are misleading on their website. Subpar Customer Service
The products might be fine, but the after-sales service is abysmal. I was made to wait ages for my order, and even then the product quality was unsatisfactory. I sought help, but there was complete apathy from the support team. They finally reverted with some routine response, but the issue remained unresolved. Failed to Deliver
I had ordered something from FrootBat, which never arrived. After more than two weeks, I called their customer service and didn't really get any help. The only thing that they could say was that delays kept happening without explaining why or what kind of solution there would be for this. It was annoying, actually; I needed to call my bank for a chargeback. Really bad experience.

Poor Quality, Slow Service
I was pretty excited about trying FrootBat, and it didn't live up to my expectations. Poor quality of item received, and the customer service was quite a pain to connect with. Total Waste of Time
FrootBat: They have been an absolute nightmare. The item was completely not as described, I got broken items, and their customer service is horrible. Frustrating Shopping Experience
Given all the great reviews, I really expected FrootBat to turn in a stellar performance.
