Communication with the staff was one of the hardest parts of the stay. Emails often went unanswered, and when someone did reply, it felt rushed, like they hadn?t read the entire message. We needed help with a heating issue, and it took two days for anyone to come by. Even then, the problem wasn?t fully fixed, and no follow-up was given. The property was in an amazing spot near the lifts, but the inside was not maintained well, with scuffed walls, older bedding, and noisy appliances.
