Italian Comfort
Feels like comfort food without feeling heavy. It is soft, fresh and has a homemade aspect to it. Took me back to food I had while visiting Italy.

Simple and Good
It's an unadulterated product. It's quality, no hype product. Straightforward and effective flatbread. Nice chew and doesn't overpower the filling inside. I used it with turkey and pesto, and it rocked them!

Crumbles With Everything
I purchased these to utilize for wraps but they disintegrated no matter what I did. Heating makes them brittle in different ways. Attempted using several ingredients, made no difference. They do not fold, they do not hold, and they do not taste like anything. Very frustrating experience from start to finish.

Looked Great Online, But That?s It
I was attracted by the brand's site and the visuals and story behind the product and took the plunge. Unfortunately, the product failed to deliver on the promise. The wraps were rigid, cracked with the slightest motion, and virtually tasteless. I had hoped to get them pliable by heating them up in a skillet, then the oven, and yet they still didn't become flexible enough to wrap around anything without breaking. I ended up using them flat with some toppings instead but they still didn't provide the fresh, authentic experience. Plus, the shipping took over a week and by the time it arrived the best buy date was alarmingly close. I contacted customer service for clarification and they never responded. It is abundantly clear that the focus on branding exceeds the focus on product quality and customer care. I had really wanted to be impressed, especially at this price point, but I cannot justify ordering them again unless the product and improvements are done on a significant scale.

So Much Better Than Tortillas
I have used a tortilla for wraps and quesadillas for all those years and when I switched to Fresco Piada it was a revelation, Fresco Piada is softer, more flavourful and much more flexible which feels handmade-not cartoonishly thick or too doughy. This tutorial will walk you through how to duplicate standard wraps with these ingenious new piadas. They will also prioritize the balance of being slightly crisped while also being soft enough to roll and not tear. We have used scrambled eggs, saut?ed mushrooms, fresh spinach and nothing ever falls apart. They make a great quick pizza homemade in the oven, just spread your sauce add cheese and bake. When you bite into Piada its subtly buttery flavour is delicious and really elevates the experience of your meal, really good for you too no preservatives or weird after tastes. My kids even recognized a different flavour and asked for more. The vacuum sealed, resealable zipper bag is thick and sturdy and these Piadas actually stay fresh longer than expected. This is one of those rare products that encompass not just quality and taste, but also practicality. One bite and you wont want to go back to standard wraps.

Completely Let Down
The parcel arrived in a box that did not fit, with zero insulation. Given that it was food, this is frankly unacceptable. Upon opening the pack flatbreads were hard and broken down the middle. Heating them did not help, they still felt hard, brown and only started to soften significantly afterwards. I bought these for easy and healthy meals, but couldn't use them in the way I planned. I even tried to throw together some mini pizzas but they just curled up and baked unevenly, and the taste was almost non-existent. Overall for something labelled as premium and authentic, I would not recommend these flatbreads. Additionally I did not hear back from customer service when I sent a message regarding a refund or replacement. It really was not just the product, it felt like the whole experience did not have care taken into it. I usually do not write reviews, however it deserved a warning. There are other better and more reliable options available both locally and online.

Surprised by How Good These Are
I really didn't think I would love these as much as I do...Initially, I thought it was just a flatbread, but one bite is all it took to realize this was different! These are soft, flavorful, and way more satisfying than the normal tortilla or wrap. I heated mine in a dry pan for a few seconds, added grilled chickens, arugula and pesto. The texture was fantastic--just slightly crisp outside and soft inside while holding up without falling apart. They taste so fresh, like a bakery done with care, not mass produced. The ingredients are clean, and the freshness and authenticity of the product is palpable. Even when I keep them in my fridge for over one week, they do not lose their freshness. I've even frozen a few before, and they heat up just fine. It's a regular part of my grocery order. If you're looking to elevate your wrap experience, try these! They're are so far from ordinary!

Not Functional
These wraps did not work for the intended outcome. I used them fresh and heated, but they cracked and fell apart every time. The flavor was not offensive, it was just too plain. I felt like the product was all style and no actual product. I would not purchase these again unless there was a complete overhaul of the recipe and/or packaging.

Makes Meal Prep Easy
I've been using them for meal prepping lunches. They hold up great in the fridge and they nuke nicely. The softness still stays after a day or two.

An Authentic Flatbread That Impresses
Fresco Piada flatbreads impress with their authentic flavor and texture. Soft yet resilient, they hold fillings well without breaking apart. The mild flavor complements a wide range of meals, from sandwiches to pizzas. Heating them enhances the taste and texture without drying them out. They freeze and thaw perfectly, maintaining freshness and quality. Packaging is effective in keeping them fresh longer than expected. These flatbreads bring a real taste of Emilia-Romagna to the table and have become a favorite in my kitchen for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Quality You Can Feel and Taste
It is so nice to come across a product that feels intentionally made from beginning to end. You can clearly see that Fresco Piada flatbreads are simple and purposeful. They are thin, but very strong with an excellent chew ranging from cold deli meats to hot from the grill vegetables. I have used them for wraps for quick lunches, wraps for quick dinners, and even one rolled with Nutella and bananas for dessert! The flavor is light and natural, allowing for the fillings to shine but still adding that warm, bready comfort. What surprises me the most is the consistency of them. Each is a nice shape, they heat evenly (they never get rubbery or stiff), and they hold up. Plus, they even freeze well! So you can buy in bulk ? and that is exactly what I have done. I have filled my freezer and simply pull one out when needed. I can't tell you how convenient and enjoyable they are. No strange after taste, and no fake artificial feel ? just really good food done right. I would say one of the best specialty items I found in a long time!

Didn?t Hold Up to Meals
I tried these for lunch wraps and light dinners but they fell apart. The texture was different than expected; they were dry and stiff. I heated them according to the instructions, and when I folded them to eat, they cracked which resulted in a frustrating eating experience. I ultimately used them as toast or pizza bases just to avoid the mess. As for flavor- they are super mild. That could work well for you if you eat bold fillings, but even then, the actual product added nothing. The shipping was long and did not have any updates. Customer service was slow and provided no helpful information when I asked about it. I really wanted to love this product and give something new a try, but the experience was unsatisfactory from beginning to end. Not worth the cost or trouble for something that didn't perform.

Good Quality but Slightly Inconsistent
Fresco Piada flatbreads offer good quality and authentic flavor. They?re soft and flexible, ideal for wraps and quick meals. However, some flatbreads in the pack can be thinner or less pliable, which occasionally causes tearing with heavy fillings. Despite this, the flavor and texture overall are enjoyable. Packaging preserves freshness well, and freezing works without issue. A solid choice for those wanting a taste of Italy with minor inconsistencies.

Worth Trying
Found these on accident, and now I'm incorporating them into my meals about once a week. They are super simple, no aftertaste, and easy to heat. They are really good.

Latoya Jefferson
Too Hard and Dry
I thought it would be soft, foldable flatbreads, and instead got one that was hard and brittle even after warming. The flavor didn't make up for the bad texture. They simply did not work for any kind of wrap or sandwich. You are probably better off using them for some kind of hard base, or not using them at all.

Kwame Nkrumah
Doesn?t Work as a Wrap
These wraps cracked before I put anything in them. Even heating them up didn?t help?they stayed stiff and dry. There was no way to keep them together, so I had to eat everything with a fork. They both turned out to be very disappointing because I was looking for something quick and easy. I am not sure what went wrong with them, but these wraps definitely did not work as described.

Willow Moreau
Tastes Homemade
It tastes more like something that came from somebody's home kitchen than from the factory. The flavor is mild but enough to enhance the filling. I'm really glad I stumbled upon these.

Bella Roberts
A Game-Changer for Meal Prep
These piadina have completely transformed how I approach meal planning. They are easy to store, quick to warm up, and very versatile. I have made wraps, tacos, pizzas on flatbreads, and even as a side to soups and stews. Strikingly, the quality seems to be fresh off the oven, with a soft but a little chewy texture that fills you up without being doughy. They never dry out, nor do they fall apart, which means they stay stable for packing lunches. They hold up well for hours! The mild taste allows any filling to shine; that is a delicate balance! From breakfast egg wraps to late-night snacks with chocolate spread they just work. And you don't have to have exotic ingredients to use with them. A little cheese, and veggies went far when the base is that good. They have made my kitchen more convenient, high quality, and delightful variety - seriously, worth its weight!

Amara Agarwal
Consistently Fresh and Delicious
These flatbreads consistently arrive fresh and delicious. The texture is soft yet firm enough to wrap fillings without tearing. The flavor is mild and natural, pairing well with savory or sweet ingredients. Heating them enhances the texture, adding a nice slight crisp without drying them out. They freeze well and thaw without losing quality, making them perfect for meal planning. The packaging keeps them fresh longer than expected, which is great for busy schedules. Fresco Piada has become my trusted source for quality Italian flatbread.

Calvin Menon
Quality Not What I Hoped
I wanted to support a specialty food manufacturer and I love Italian food so I thought it would be a good deal. But I really noticed the quality from the first use. The flatbreads were thick and cracked around the edge. When heated, they curled slightly and stayed stiff. I don't think I was able to wrap anything in that without splitting it - it was a lot of work to make it work. Also, taste-wise, they are relatively bland. I felt like I was putting a lot of other ingredients into the dish just to mask the dough taste. I expected at least a little more focus on texture and consistency from a product that was billed as a premium product. The flatbreads came with only about two weeks before expiration, so I felt a little rushed to use them. I sent an email to have support answer a couple questions, and I didn't receive any add value. All of this provided me with a sense that this brand has room to improve.

Asher Subramaniam
Solid Go-To
They're a really solid option when I want something light and easy. The flatbread actually has some give, not just stretchy rubbers; you can put cheese and greens on it, and it can hold together. It's a decent base for super quick meals.

Freya Weber
Unusable After Delivery
When my order arrived, three days later than anticipated, it came in a regular box with no insulation from heat or air. Red flag #1. I opened the pack and found the piadina brittle and dry. Unusable. The piadina cracked and crumbled when I touched it. I tried to lightly rehydrate it and heat it up, but the quality was so bad it was beyond saving. I emailed the company to notify them of the situation and I did not hear anything back for a week. Finally, I got a vague response stating that I could get a discount on my next order. Not helpful since the current order, at that point, was unusable. I didn't expect something that pricey to arrive in such poor condition. The whole transaction, shipping, quality of the food, customer care was unsatisfactory. They really need to re-evaluate their packaging and quality control.

Brianna Washington
Not What It Claims to Be
This product does not provide what it promises. Soft, flexible, and has no real flavor. I cannot stress enough how they cracked with the slightest fold. I bought it thinking it would be a nice way to make easy lunch wraps and wasted cooking time and ingredients. It was really annoying to have such a negative experience from a supposed "authentic" brand.

Asher Hill
A Truly Authentic Flatbread
Fresco Piada USA?s experience is instant magic. The piadina brings me back to Italy?thin, soft, flavorful, and not overly seasoned. The dough feels made in an artisanal way, as if it wasn?t lost in a busy industrial baking process like most packages of wraps that you can buy. They can be heated in a matter of minutes and remain flexible, even after they are filled with a full meal. I have used them with prosciutto, arugula and cheese, as well as lighter meals, like hummus and roasted veggies. Nothing previously has retained the ingredients while offering me that slightly crispy texture when toasted. The packaging is smart as they stay fresh for weeks (and nice for freezing too). Guests ask me every time I serve them, where did I get them. It is nice to realize you can bring home a real piece of Emilia-Romagna into your kitchen. Fresco Piada will definitely have a permanent place in my refrigerator.

Aurora Blythe
Tasty but with Minor Texture Issues
Fresco Piada flatbreads are tasty and convenient. Their flavor is authentic and mild, making them a great base for many fillings. Most flatbreads are soft and pliable, but a few can be slightly tougher or thinner, which affects how they hold up. Packaging does a good job keeping them fresh, and freezing is effective. Overall, a good option if you want a simple Italian-style flatbread, but slight texture variability means some pieces may need extra care when handling.

Jude Chopra
Not Great for Actual Use
These sound great in a picture and look like a credible brand, but upon opening, reality strikes. The flatbreads were stiff and already had small cracks. When I tried to heat and roll them, a lot of them split or ripped in half. I ended up switching to eating them flat like toast, which was not the intention. The flavor was very subtle?too subtle to taste by itself. I paired them with flavorful fillings, but the wrap did not hold up at all. They were a lot smaller than I expected as well. I reached out to customer service about the cracks and never heard back from them. That lack of care only worsened the matter. It is one thing to have a product that doesn?t work out?it happens?but when a company does not take the time to respond to feedback, that leaves a bad taste. Not buying again for a long time.

Shanti Ayodele
A Versatile and Delicious Flatbread
These flatbreads are versatile and delicious. They?re soft and flexible enough for wraps, yet sturdy enough for heavier fillings. The flavor is natural and mild, which pairs well with a variety of ingredients. Heating them briefly adds a pleasant crispness without drying them out. They freeze and reheat well, making them convenient for meal prep. The packaging preserves freshness longer than expected. Fresco Piada offers an authentic Italian experience that elevates simple meals and snacks. I enjoy the quality and reliability these flatbreads bring to my kitchen.

Jamal Johnson
Overpriced for the Quality
These piadina are expensive, but there is no lack of price to the value of the product. They are thick and dry and too stiff to hold the filling. I tried multiple ways of heating them up and just could not make these work. I really wanted to love these because they were really something to look at but they were just useless for anything other than maybe a flat pizza base.

Zoe Nelson
Reliable and Delicious
Based on a few orders, the taste remains the same each time. Every batch comes just packaged and the wraps are reliable each time. They get nice and warm fast, maintain softness and go well with just about any filling. I?ve tried them with everything from salads to hot meals and they still work fine all around. It?s most impressive how simple it is to use these tools. They stay where placed, don?t break and you don?t need much to prepare them. Just a short word of thanks and you?re done. You?ll find that the flavor is gentle and good. Looks and feels so far like a product made with attention to detail. I always have this in stock now.

Ivy Pavlov
Light and Delicious
These piadinas are soft, flexible, and taste fresh. They heat up wonderfully in a pan and don't get too crispy or dry and I've been using them for everything from breakfast wraps to late-night snacks.

Sylvie Diallo
Just Not Worth the Hype
I found Fresco Piada USA while searching for artisanal flatbreads, so I decided to try them. I'm sorry to say, they do not live up to the hype. The texture is the main problem?they are hard out of the package and remain that way even after warming. I tried to use them for wraps, but they cracked and broke apart with even slight pressure making it impossible to enjoy any type of meal with them. The taste was fine but nothing special?very neutral. This may work for some people, but did not work for me. They took longer to ship than they originally said and the tracking info was unclear. I contacted customer service and received an automated response, but nothing after that. This is clearly a product that is more about the branding than making a quality product. I love the idea, but there are better options out there that are more affordable.

David Olatunji
All Looks, No Function
While the branding drew me in, the quality was a different story. The wraps don't bend and felt terrible to touch. Too dry and thick to be useful. I tried a variety of fillings with multiple wraps and nothing worked. Thought they looked artisan but the end product worked like cardboard.

Yara Baker
Ideal Wrap for Any Filling
I prefer to use these wraps for plenty of my meals. All types of ingredients can be dealt with, similar to how eggs and spinach, avocado and chicken and sweet options are made. You get no tears and no mush. Just a nice, soft texture and a neatly nutty taste. There?s a reason I use them?they stay full even if left for a few hours. They do not react badly if heated up too much. Refrigerating them doesn?t cause them to lose their soft shape afterwards. A trustworthy good that tastes great and does as expected. Being consistent helps customers trust your company. Great experience during my master?s program.

Hugo Luthra
Satisfying and Soft
These are soft, fresh and easy to use. I toasted them on the stove to make them crispy and they turned out great. I will keep a few in the freezer.

Felix Fischer
Reliable Quality and Great Taste
Fresco Piada flatbreads are reliably fresh and tasty. Their texture strikes a perfect balance between softness and strength, which is important when making wraps or pizzas. The flavor is subtle but authentic, allowing the fillings to take center stage. They toast well, developing a slight crisp without becoming tough or dry. The packaging helps maintain freshness, and freezing works well without compromising texture. These flatbreads have quickly become a go-to for convenient, flavorful meals with an Italian twist. I highly appreciate the quality and authenticity they bring to my cooking.

Xavier Adams
Light and Flavorful
These piadina are a lighter choice than regular bread and they are also more interesting. You don?t eat too much and these salads go well with fresh foods. I love having them best when I pair them with hummus, greens and grilled vegetables. It has just the right texture, neither too soft nor too crunchy. It helps when my friends do not break apart even under stress. Because of these, I?ve been able to try new meals without having to do much more. Heats up in just one minute and you will be seriously impressed by the result. Only fresh and top quality ingredients, plus superb taste. You couldn?t ask for anything better in a wrap.

Beatrice Schmidt
Perfect Wrap Alternative
So much better than tortillas for texture and flavor. Did not crack or break when rolled. Used it with grilled veggies and it was great.

Simone Dubois
Cracks and Crumbles
These also did not last very long. They were already cracking as soon as I pulled them out of the pack. I tried to wrap one and it split into pieces. The rest weren't much better. Even light heating didn't improve them. Pretty disappointing considering how expensive they are. I have had better flatbreads from grocery store brands.

Clara M?ller
Fresh and Flavorful but Slight Variability
These flatbreads are fresh and flavorful, bringing a nice touch of Italy to everyday meals. They?re soft and flexible, ideal for wraps or mini pizzas. The flavor is mild and authentic, complementing a wide range of fillings. Occasionally, a few flatbreads in a package can be thinner or less pliable, but this is a minor issue. The packaging keeps them fresh well, and freezing doesn?t affect quality. Overall, a tasty and convenient option that stands out from typical flatbreads, though consistency could be improved slightly.

Otis Iyer
No Flexibility, No Flavor
I bought these thinking that they would provide me a taste of Italy in my kitchen, but they just ended up being a bland stale product. I tried to heat them up according to the instructions, but there was little difference. The bread cracked as I tried to fold it around simple normal ingredients like sulgini cheese and prosciutto. I even tried to steam them a little in the hopes they would soften, but the inside was gummy and the edges remained hard. The taste is non descript as well, really next to nothing in flavour. It tasted as if the product were stale, even though it was still in date. The product photos give an impression that the product will be a soft foldable product, my experience has been antithetical. I emailed about the situation, but no response which is disappointing. It is unfortunate that I wasted my money on a product that looks amazing on the website, but fails dramatically in it's actual use. Would NOT recommend this product to anybody.

Wren Silva
Poor First Experience
My initial experience with Fresco Piada wasn't good. The order came in a plain box without cooling or insulation. The flatbreads inside were dry and hard even without opening the pack. I tried to be optimistic and warmed them on a pan, but they remained stiff and broke the moment I attempted rolling them up. The flavor wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I would remember either?plain dough only. I was looking for something more akin to fresh bakery quality, but it tasted more like a mass-produced wrap. I emailed to inquire if I'd gotten an old batch, but no one ever got back to me. In all honesty, I was expecting better having read the story on their site. I do enjoy supporting small food companies, particularly those that are about tradition, but this tasted like a rushed or bungled product. May try them again someday but not any time soon.

No Complaints
Good product. Good to store, good to use, and good warm or cold. A good go to for last minute meals in the fridge.

Sadie Jensen
Underwhelming
I tried to use these for wraps and sandwiches but the bread would not bend. It would split and fall apart and each time I tried. Heating didn't help at all. The flavor was average at best, but nothing to brag about. I had really hoped these would be a better product. They present well, but that's where the pros end for me.

Kenneth Mchunu
Perfect for Wraps and More
Fresco Piada flatbreads are a perfect base for wraps, sandwiches, and quick pizzas. Their soft texture with a slight chew makes them sturdy enough to hold various fillings without tearing. The flavor is mild and pleasant, pairing well with everything from meats to vegetables to spreads. Warming them up enhances the texture by adding a subtle crispness without drying out the bread. They keep well in the fridge and freeze nicely for future use. These flatbreads have become a staple in my kitchen for their convenience, versatility, and authentic Italian taste. They add a unique touch that standard wraps just don?t offer.

Whitney Young
Family Favorite
My family loves these piadina. They're kid-approved and adult-loved. I keep them handy for days when I need lunch at school or a quick dinner. Even those with strong food preferences can?t help but like the soft, delicious nature of steamed foods. I like how big my bagels are and they don?t feel either dry or overcooked. They heat up quickly and don?t take much preparation. It?s also nice that that step is unnecessary in these since they are already fresh. discovering a product you can have all day and still feel healthy is not easy. To always have what we need, we now order food in bulk. It?s often our first choice for hiking trips in our family.

Eliza Mancini
Just Right
Flavor is mild enough to use with savory and sweet. I tried it with Nutella one day and chicken the next and they were good.

Victor Allen
The Real Deal
You?ll discover that these flatbreads are quite different from most commercial types. It?s easy to notice enter cook uses good ingredients and takes time with their meals. It has a natural flavor; not processed like factory food. Pancakes cook up nicely, stay tender and can?t be cracked. Especially good for wrapping or for dipping in various sauces. It is obvious the brand values giving consumers an authentic experience. Most other similar products that claim to imitate Italy just don?t measure up, but these actually do. Making space for a simple restaurant with food that doesn?t seem made quickly is lovely. A slice of Italy is right here in your kitchen.

Not What I Hoped For
I went to Italy and had piadina and was excited to enjoy that taste once again, but Fresco Piada USA didn't meet that standard. The piada wraps were dry and stiff, and didn't have the softness you expect from real piadina. I followed the heating instructions and tried different heating methods and every time they cracked or broke when I folded them. They also were tasteless - really no character or richness in the dough. I wanted to love it but every step of the process from order to delivery to consumption was a disappointment. The shipping took longer than expected and was delivered without freshness packing, which can also be a issue. Also, when I reached out to customer support to ask about freshness or possibly receive a refund, they sent me a template response that didn't help at all, didn't seem like they cared much. A premium product should come with premium quality and service, and it fell short on both and definitely is not something I will buy again.

Henry Choudhury
Poor Texture
Looked great on the internet, but what I received didn't hold up. Way too dry, and they will crack with any pressure. I couldn't tell you I was able to use them for wraps at all. The flavor is too mild, so there isn't any saving grace in flavor either. For something that is this expensive, it needs to be functional and flavorful. It was neither.

Good Flatbreads with Minor Inconsistencies
Fresco Piada flatbreads deliver good flavor and convenience. They are soft and flexible, which makes them great for quick wraps and pizzas. The subtle taste is authentic, complementing many types of fillings. Occasionally, some flatbreads are thinner or slightly drier than others, but this does not happen often. Packaging keeps them fresh, and freezing them works well. These flatbreads offer a nice alternative to typical wraps and bring a pleasant Italian flair to simple meals. Worth trying if you want something a bit different, though slight inconsistencies mean there?s some room for improvement.

A Nice Find
Found this while searching for a substitute for regular bread. This was lighter, more flavorful and made fast meals much more convenient. Delivery went smoothly too.

Great All Around
These wraps are a hit in my house. They?re gentle but strong, have a light but savory flavor and are perfect for plenty of dishes. I?ve tried making quick pizza snacks, healthy wraps and even some unhealthy dessert roll-ups. Every time they?re delicious and easy to serve. A quick minute of heating helps give them the perfect feel. It makes me happy that these stay fresh for a while. The packaging is good and the list of ingredients is clean. You don?t often find products that are as easy to use as they are to enjoy. Always great tasting.

Texture Was a Major Issue
I ordered this product with high hopes because it appeared authentic, and the position of the brand appeared good, passionate about quality. However, I found the texture too off-putting to enjoy. Even when warm, the piadina was still too thick and far too dry to really enjoy. Also, the piadina cracked easily and didn't wrap well. Because this is generally the purpose of a piadina it was effectively unusable. I also tried stuffing it with cooked veggies and grilled chicken to act more like a taco, but it could not hold anything without falling apart. And the taste was just okay?very bland, and did not have a flavor that was their own. The ordering and shipping experience was unpleasant as well. The delivery took longer than stated and the tracking information was not updated for three days. When I contacted to ask about it, I received no clarity in response, only confusion about what I would receive. I think they are a product that seems nice in theory but does not deliver in execution. I appreciate the idea of bringing Italian flavors to the U.S., but the overall experience has been frustrating. They clearly have a lot of consistency and logistics hurdles to address.

A Delicious Way to Elevate Meals
Fresco Piada flatbreads consistently add a delicious, authentic Italian touch to meals. The texture is perfect?not too thick or thin, soft but sturdy enough for wraps or flatbread pizzas. Heating them brings out a subtle crispness while keeping them flexible. The flavor is mild and natural, which makes them adaptable to savory or sweet fillings alike. They freeze and reheat well without losing quality, and the packaging does a great job preserving freshness. Using these flatbreads makes meal prep simpler and more enjoyable, and they impress guests with their authentic taste and texture. I appreciate how these bring variety to everyday meals and offer a reliable, high-quality alternative to standard wraps. Highly satisfying and well worth trying for anyone looking to bring a little Italy home.

Consistent Every Time
I have ordered a few times now, and every pack has been fresh. They are great for quick meals, especially using leftovers. I toasteed them briefly, and they were so good.

Better Than Store-Bought Wraps
It?s almost impossible to eat regular grocery wraps after trying out these recipes. The crispness and flavors of a fresh salad can?t be confused with those of a processed one. They are all made by hand and have a real, friendly feel to them. I?ve enjoyed them as pockets for sandwiches, enjoyed them warm as paninis and have even made stir fries with them. They are easier to cook and taste much better. They also don?t break like products from other companies. Heating them is simple and they store easily, too. To tell you the truth, they?ve made cooking at home much more enjoyable. It doesn?t happen often that something basic can seem so grand. Product with quality from all parts.

Felix Pillai
Crumbled Right Out of the Package
I was really excited to try these after seeing the Italian branding and descriptions; however, the product did not live up to its appeal whatsoever. When I opened the pack the flatbreads were all already cracked and dried out. I attempted to utilize them as wraps and they fell apart in my hands. Heating them made it worse, as the edges became hard, and the center remained stiff. I ultimately threw away the rest because it was too frustrating to deal with. I contacted customer support after the experience to inform them of the issue and to ask for a replacement or refund, and didn't hear back from them. Their silence spoke volumes. I can understand a bad batch, but then not to provide any follow through on customer support made things worse. For a product that is marketed to be artisanal and premium, it was cheap and not handled properly. I am happy to pay more for quality, but this was not quality. Ultimately just a disappointing experience across the board, and I won't give them another chance.

Sofia Collins
Authentic and Versatile Flatbreads
These flatbreads deliver authentic Italian flavor and excellent versatility. Their texture is just right?soft, flexible, and slightly chewy, ideal for wraps, sandwiches, or quick pizzas. The flavor is subtle but rich, complementing a wide range of fillings. They toast beautifully, developing a gentle crisp without becoming tough. I appreciate that they stay fresh longer than expected and freeze well without losing texture or flavor. They?ve quickly become my go-to option for easy, delicious meals that don?t sacrifice quality. Fresco Piada offers a premium flatbread experience that feels handmade and authentic.

Difficult to Work With
I tried to use these for wraps and sandwiches but the bread would not bend. It would split and fall apart and each time I tried. Heating didn't help at all. Didn?t Meet Expectations
I thought these would be a fantastic game-changer for lunches and light dinners but it fell short and didn't meet my expectations. The flatbreads were rigid and just not very pliable at all! When I tried to fold one, I ended up with a stack of broken pieces. Not only that, they didn't seem to soften much when I heated them. Thing is, I've had better flatbread from grocery store brands. That's a bit shocking and disappointing, given the branding as "authentic Italian." The flavor was a very, very plain experience with almost no flavor character whatsoever. I tried to use them in several different ways - as wraps, paninis, cut into triangles etc, but nothing gave them any appeal. And as a side note, the delivery was late with no communication from the seller. I had to follow up on two separate ocassions just to get tracking info. It's clear that they are still figuring things out, but for the price, I was hoping for a more polished experience. Between the product and service, I don't plan to order again anytime soon.

Holds Up with Hearty Fillings
I was surprised at how much one wrap could fit. Grap the chicken, greens, cheese and sauce and they held everything in so I didn?t get anything wet or soggy. Most flatbreads aren?t able to do this well. Fry them in a hot pan and you will notice just a crunch around the edges, while the inside stays tender. Because the flavor is subtle, the fillings becomes the main highlight. It is obvious that these treats are finished with attention. They help you make tasty meals in no time at all. I now rely on these to wrap my food, rather than my normal shopping-aisle wraps. There is a clear variation in how these meats taste. It?s good to have these on hand in the fridge.

Calvin Soni
Feels Homemade
Has a homemade quality about them that I really enjoyed. The dough is soft but sturdy enough to hold thicker fillings. I also made a few quick wraps for dinner, and everyone really enjoyed them.

Ava Williams
Good Quality with Some Variability
Fresco Piada flatbreads offer good quality and an authentic taste. Most of the pieces are soft, pliable, and have a mild flavor that enhances rather than competes with fillings. They toast well and don?t dry out quickly. However, I noticed some slight variability in thickness across packs, with a few thinner flatbreads that tear more easily. This inconsistency is minor but noticeable when handling heavier fillings. Packaging maintains freshness well, and they freeze without issue. Overall, a reliable product that brings a touch of Italian tradition to home cooking, with a bit of room for improved uniformity.

Penelope Diallo
Hard to Enjoy
Looked great on the internet, but what I received didn't hold up. Way too dry, and they will crack with any pressure. I couldn't tell you I was able to use them for wraps at all. The flavor is too mild, so there isn't any saving grace in flavor either. For something that is this expensive, it needs to be functional and flavorful. It was neither.

A Delightful Addition to Everyday Meals
Adding Fresco Piada flatbreads to daily meals has been a great decision. Their soft yet sturdy texture holds up to various fillings without falling apart or becoming soggy. The subtle, natural flavor pairs well with everything from grilled vegetables to deli meats. They warm quickly on a skillet, gaining a pleasant crisp edge while staying tender inside. The freshness lasts longer than expected, even after refrigeration. Freezing and reheating work well too, making them perfect for busy schedules. It?s rare to find a flatbread that combines quality, flavor, and convenience so effectively. These have definitely earned a regular spot in my kitchen.

Quality Ingredients
You can really taste the difference in quality with these. They feel fresh and don't taste like a normal wrap you would find in the grocery store. They held up well in a toasted sandwich. I will reorder for sure.

Leo Varghese
Not Soft, Not Flexible
These were way too stiff and dry to be usable for wraps. Tried warming them several ways but they just cracked anyway. The taste was bland, and the texture made it worse. Ended up throwing most of them away. Very frustrating when you expect something fresh and usable but get a brittle product instead.

Oliver Jackson
Great for Any Meal
These piadina are perfect no matter if we?re eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are easy to handle and hold up well, plus they quickly get to the right temperature without being hard. I roll up tortillas with fillings to make them into quick work lunches. These chips stay crisp and their gentle flavor blends well with all types of foods. I?ve found that peanut butter and banana in pancakes are a hit with my kids too. Because it feels indulgent, it makes it simpler to stick to eating healthier options. I like that the quality of freshness stays after the food has been frozen and thawed. Totally easy to use and produces delicious meals.

Sawyer Nair
Underwhelming and Overpriced
I tried to give Fresco Piada a chance because I love Italian food and I was intrigued about piadina. Unfortunately, it did not live up to impressions. The flavor was very bland, almost flavorless. I expected it to have some character or depth, but it was flat in every sense. I gave it a go with a variety of ingredients- cheese, meats, veggies- and it never felt right. The texture was either too dense when heated or too crumbly for easy folding, depending on how it was heated. And to be honest, the price for what you get squeezes my brain. For half the price, I can find better flatbreads. To make matters worse, I have no updates on my order; it arrived late with no notice. It is a cool concept but doesn't deliver on the "authentic experience" it promises. I will not order again.

Isla Schmidt
Cracked and Dry
These weren't fresh at all. There was almost no piece in the packaging that didn?t have cracks/tears. Therefore, it made it difficult to use them for anything but flat sandwiches. I tried heating them gently in multiple ways... microwave, stovetop, even quick steam, nothing worked! Remained dry and fell apart with hardly any pressure. For the pricing, this is unacceptable. I've had fresher, more pliable flatbreads from the grocery store. Also, the portion size was less than I expected, relative to the photos online. I never got my questions around freshness guarantees or returns answered from customer service. I generally don?t mind paying more for specialty food items, especially imported, but this was a waste. I don?t know if I had a bad batch or if this is the typical, but regardless, I won't be purchasing again.

Aurora Silva
Tough Texture
Wasn?t expecting such a firm and chewy wrap. Heating helped slightly but not enough. Still ended up tearing and making meals more frustrating than enjoyable. There are other wraps out there that are easier to work with and taste better. This just didn?t live up to its promise of being soft and fresh.

Emma Garcia
Convenient and Tasty with Minor Flaws
These piadina flatbreads are convenient and tasty, making meal prep easier. They heat up quickly and remain flexible, suitable for wraps and snacks. The flavor is authentic and mild, which works with many types of fillings. The only drawback is occasional uneven thickness in some pieces, which can make them a bit delicate when loaded. Still, they perform better than many store-bought wraps. Packaging keeps them fresh well, and freezing is effective for longer storage. For those who want a simple, reliable flatbread with a hint of Italian tradition, this product is a solid choice.

Mia Thomas
A Taste of Italy at Home
Preparing meals with these piadina adds some Italian style. They are mildly flavored and easily bendable which goes well with anything you add. No matter if you put prosciutto and cheese or veggies and hummus inside, these still hold up. They're also great toasted with a bit of olive oil. My favorite thing is that they don?t tear or feel dry. It?s easy to see that the product is well built. Every pack comes consistently and it?s obvious I?m eating real food that isn?t mass-produced. It?s something I now often prepare for my weekly meals.

Jude Naidu
Enjoyable Experience
I used these for a lunch for my family, and everyone loved them. So easy to warm up and great with a bunch of different fillings. I am happy to find a product that does what it says it can do. Good size too.

An Authentic Taste That Impresses
Fresco Piada flatbreads bring an authentic taste of Italy straight to the kitchen. Their texture is perfectly soft but firm enough to hold generous fillings without tearing. Whether used for wraps or as a base for quick pizzas, they perform consistently well. The flavor is mild and natural, allowing ingredients to shine while adding a comforting bread note. I especially like how well they freeze and reheat without losing quality or becoming dry. Packaging is effective at keeping them fresh longer than expected, which is a big plus for meal planning. They?ve become a staple for casual meals and gatherings, impressing family and friends alike. This product really stands out among flatbreads and wraps in terms of quality and flavor.

High Quality You Can Taste
You can tell the wraps are quality as soon as you take a first bite. They?re comfortable without being limp and they don?t crack or become stiff after I fold them. You can taste this juice for its clean, simple and enjoyable flavor. I use them frequently with cold cuts, vegetables or grilled food during dinner. Juicy fillings don?t make the wrap crumble because it holds its own shape. If you?re looking for a more textured version, tortillas can be toasted up easily. I enjoy finding a style that?s genuine and dependable. You can see from the details that this isn?t a product made en masse. They?ve done a great job with maintaining a balanced feel.

Not Fresh, Poor Communication
Ordered several packs for a weekend get together and was disappointed starting with delivery. The package arrived later than promised and had no cooling protection which made me doubt the freshness. The piadinas looked dry and were surprisingly stiff before heating. Once heated, they were no better - still brittle and not the soft stretchy texture I anticipated. They had a slight sour smell, which I found a little off putting. I contacted support and was somewhat surprised that it took days for a response. When I finally did hear from them they offered me a 10% discount on my next order, but did nothing to address the immediate problem. That felt pretty tone-deaf to the situation. This could have been a good addition to my meal rotation, but made a regrettable purchase a bad one with the quality and support. Its really sad because I like the concept of the product. The execution does not fit the promise.

Sylvie Weber
Surprisingly Good
The piadina was softer and better tasting than I anticipated. It holds fillings well and doesn't rip easily. It worked all week for lunch wraps. I enjoy it because it is light and clean tasting, and it is not greasy or over-processed.

Theodore Saxena
Very Dry and Crumbly
These were almost impossible to use. They cracked right out of the package and had no give to them. Even low-moisture fillings caused them to fall apart. Ended up eating the contents with a fork because the wrap just disintegrated. Not functional, and the flavor wasn?t good enough to justify the hassle.

Samar Rao
Tasty and Convenient Flatbreads
Fresco Piada flatbreads offer great convenience without sacrificing taste. They?re easy to warm and flexible enough to wrap a variety of fillings. The flavor is mild and authentic, perfect for enhancing sandwiches or quick pizzas. While most of the flatbreads I received were fresh and pliable, a couple were slightly dry or thinner, which affected how well they held fillings. Still, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent product. The packaging does a good job maintaining freshness, and I like that they freeze well for longer storage. Overall, they bring quality and variety to meals with minimal effort. Would recommend for anyone wanting a simple but flavorful flatbread option.

Rohan Gupta
Staple in My Kitchen
I make these piadina part of my regular meal plans. These dishes come together fast and always taste as though they?re freshly made. On the skillet, they soften, become more flexible and taste wonderful. A wonderful addition to Mediterranean wraps and makes delicious quesadillas as well. I know what I?m eating because the ingredients are clean and the taste always matches my expectations. I?ve encouraged friends and family to listen and they?ve become fans of the music too. It?s great to use a brand you can trust for a true experience. These flatbreads bring a flavor of Italy to your table.

Otis Kapur
Easy to Use
The piadinas are simple, tasty, and super versatile. I literally just throw in whatever I have in the fridge and it works. I really appreciate how consistent the quality is across packs.

Eleanor Rossi
Not Worth the Price
I was excited to try something different, but these wraps fell short on every level and ultimately let me down. They were dry, tough, and would not even bend properly after warming. It was an absolute mess trying to put filling in the wraps. With their price point and branding, you expect a better product. They had so many issues with their texture, I cannot see any point in ordering again.

Josie Rossi
Didn?t Live Up to Expectations
After reading about the Italian roots and quality, I expected something much better. Unfortunately, what I received was dry flatbread, without flavor, that did not resemble anything I have experienced in Italy. The flatbreads tore apart very easily, would not roll properly, and were borderline stale. Even when warmed up, they would remain stiff, with absolutely no way to achieve that soft, pliable texture that you expect with fresh bread. The website states it is authentic and handmade, but it did not feel either of those for me. The customer service experience was deplorable. I received a generic email in response to my complaint and subsequently received no follow up when I asked for a refund/replacement. I really wanted to like this company, was hoping to come up with some Italian style wraps for a family meal. In the end, I threw away most of the package. If you are looking for authentic Italian flavor, this product definitely does not deliver. Very disappointed.

Let Down by the Product
I decided to try this product based on some online hype. The concept of Fresco Piada excited me and the marketing got me interested to see if the product lived up to the hype. The flatbreads were very dry and the freshness just wasn't there. I tried warming in a frying pan, wrapping tightly, adding sauces; none of the attempts made the flatbreads usable. The flatbreads broke apart almost every time I folded. More than a couple of the wraps had air bubbles in them and weren't usable. Overall, I just felt let down. Especially because they were expensive! I also wasn't used to seeing expiration dates so nearby - a couple weeks, maybe? I felt like it doesn't give you a lot of time to use them up. The customer service was slow and my only option was a coupon for my next purchase, which I won't be making. It's not the worst food product I've tried but it's far from the greatest.

Priya Singh
Versatile and Delicious
There?s nothing that can beat the versatility of these piadina. You can use them easily for both savory recipes and sweet dishes. This dough is slightly soft and chewy and its mild taste doesn?t conflict with what you add to your wrap. Can be used for personal pizza, making breakfast sandwiches or making wraps. They get to the proper temperature fast and do not lose their shape when folded. Fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil are my favorite things to use with pesto. It looks just like it could be from Italy. You?ll also find that they keep their flexibility for many days before spoiling. An excellent product, one that does what they advertise.

Wren Diallo
Soft and Tasty
I was honestly surprised by how tasty they were. They didn't fall apart when I folded them and had a nice chew. They make a nice base for quick wraps and sandwiches.

Jasper Bajaj
Disappointing First Try
I tried these based on the Italian background and product marketing. They were inedible straight from the bag and diminished with each heating method I tried. The wraps were completely dried out and broke apart immediately. I ended up throwing away half the batch. For the price they charge, I must say I expected much better quality. Sorry, but I certainly will not give them a second shot.

Jaya Bhatt
Perfect Balance of Flavor and Texture
Fresco Piada flatbreads strike a perfect balance between flavor and texture. They?re soft enough to roll but hold up well under hearty fillings. The taste is subtle but authentic, complementing both savory and sweet ingredients without overpowering them. They toast nicely with a bit of crisp around the edges and stay fresh after warming. I use them often for lunches and casual dinners, and they?ve never failed to impress. The packaging keeps them fresh longer than I expected, and freezing doesn?t affect their quality. For anyone looking to bring a little Italian charm to their meals, these are a fantastic choice. Definitely a product I trust and enjoy.

Arjun Patel
Excellent Product
Cooking these piadina helps make mealtime both less work and more appetizing. No preparation is needed?just add warm and fill. You never have to worry about chips falling apart; the flavor goes with anything you put them with. Compared to other types of flatbreads, these don?t make your mixture strong. They are perfectly thin yet very textured. I have enjoyed many dishes using them for both simple salads and sweet entr?es and all turned out great. You won?t feel hungry after eating them; they?re filling and not overwhelming. It?s great that they have a simple ingredient list and remain very natural in flavor. This is a product that stays the same each time it is made. I proudly have it in my shopping basket every week and it?s a unique addition to my meals.

Sadie Nkosi
Very Dry and Hard to Use
The product looked amazing online, but once it arrived, the actual flatbreads were extremely dry and damn near impossible to fold. I tried warming them up on the pan gently and I tried warming them in the oven and they remained stiff as a board, and cracked every time I tried to roll them. Not at all the soft fresh texture I was anticipating for something represented as "artisanal." I reached out to customer service about this problem and waited over a week to hear back. When customer service finally replied, they had the audacity to say I may have ?overcooked? these flatbreads!! Dismissive and unprofessional at best. I used the product right out of the package and the initial attempt was rough. The taste was also forgettable - just bland, boring. Not worth the money at all, but more than that, it felt frustrating because it seemed promising but just did not pan out. Would really have liked to like this but it completely missed the mark.

Leila Jain
Very Good but Room for Improvement
The flatbreads from Fresco Piada are tasty and generally fresh. Their softness and flavor bring an authentic feel that?s hard to find in mass-produced wraps. They work well for sandwiches and light pizzas. That said, occasionally I find one or two pieces in the pack that are a bit drier or thinner than the rest. It?s not a big issue but noticeable when you?re expecting consistent quality. Still, these flatbreads elevate simple meals and add a nice touch of Italian tradition. I appreciate the clean ingredients and how well they warm up. Overall, a solid choice with just a bit of room to improve packaging or quality control.

August Sundaram
Quick Meal Fix
They are a reliable option when I don't feel like cooking. Not a lot of options there, but they are good with cold cuts or leftover veggies. Also, not super salty, which is nice.

Lucy Moreau
Cracks No Matter What
Tried multiple heating and preparing methods and the wraps cracked every time. Could not even fold them without pieces breaking off. The texture was dry and stiff. The flavor was almost nonexistent. There are nice ideas in these, but execution makes it difficult to really enjoy. Definitely not something I would try to use for wraps again.

Finn Krishnan
Unusable for Wraps
I tried using them straight out of the pack, and after warming up. Both times, they cracked and crumbled apart before I could even build a wrap. I tried a multitude of filling combinations, but nothing worked. The bread simply does not hold together. The taste was very bland as well. Seems that more thought went into branding than providing a functional and usable product.

June Silva
Packed with Freshness
Each piadina felt freshly made and not processed. They are a fabulous substitute for tortillas or sandwich bread. I truly enjoy the versatility of the piadina, sweet or savory.

Vivek Nair
Consistently Delicious and Convenient
These flatbreads have become a staple for quick, tasty meals. The texture is perfect?soft, slightly chewy, and doesn?t crack or break. They heat evenly on the pan and develop a pleasant crispness without drying out. The flavor is subtle, allowing me to pair them with all kinds of fillings, from grilled chicken to fresh veggies. They store well in the fridge and freeze without losing quality. What stands out most is their consistency; every package is just as fresh and pliable as the last. Fresco Piada makes it easy to enjoy authentic Italian flatbread anytime, and I highly value the convenience and quality they deliver. A great find for home cooks.

Loved Every Bite
As soon as the package came, I knew everything about it was top quality. The flatbreads are packaged so they don?t get air in and they give off a fresh aroma when you open them. Just a little time in the pan helps the outside get crispy while the inner peaches stay tender. Waffles are perfect for enjoying with filling, since they won?t get chewy. I?ve used them with eggs and bacon, grilled vegetables and also with a chocolate hazelnut spread. They stand strong through everything. Once you?ve tried these, regular wraps probably won?t taste as good. Both the crispiness and chewiness are just right. I include these in every meal prep session.

Henry Khan
Shipping Delays and Poor Support
I ordered from them and waited over two weeks for delivery. By the time it came, the flatbreads felt less than fresh. They felt dry and did not warm up well at all. The main issue for me, though, was the lack of communication during this time. I emailed them twice and did not get a reply until I chased them again. Then they still did not provide any kind of tracking or information regarding the delay to the order. The flatbreads were not mouldy, but they certainly were not fresh?they appeared to have sat in transit long enough for the quality to suffer. I would expect there to be more information regarding timing and freshness if they are shipping from overseas. I would have been happy to wait if it meant the quality would be worth it. Unfortunately, the taste and experience do not match their advertising. There might be a great product here, but the logistic and service aspect desperately needs improvement.

Willow Pavlov
Looks Better Than It Tastes
The packaging looked good, and brand narrative is great, but the actual product fell flat against it. The wraps were dry and when rolled they came apart completely. I heated them multiple times and they never improved in texture. They also really had no flavor at all. Not at all the authentic experience that I was hoping to have. Just not a practical option for meals.

Gavin Bell
Light Yet Filling
The thing that really impressed me was their light and airy nature even though they?re still filling. Even though they aren?t overwhelming, these dishes are meant to be a full meal on their own. If you like crunching, just bake the top so it gets crispy; otherwise, leave it soft. I make wraps for breakfast, dishes for lunch and sweet treats as crepes for dessert. You can use potatoes in many recipes since they remain the same in quality. You can count on this product to work every time you use it. Using just a few healthy ingredients helps this menu seem genuine and easy to eat. This is very well done.

Willow Dubois
Arrived Damaged and Stale
The packaging was ripped open when it arrived, and the flatbreads were clearly exposed and stale. I immediately contacted customer service after noticing this, but I waited days to get a reply and they only offered a small discount on a future order, with no replacement or refund. I found that to be dismissive. In its entirety, the product was nothing like what they would expect from the site, it was dry, crumbly and wouldn't fold without breaking apart. Heating up did not help at all, they just dried out around the edges. I wanted soft, fresh, and I received something that felt like it needed to be thrown out because it had been in storage for too long. It is disappointing to spend that kind of money and not be given a basic level of care or accountability. This was my first attempt at Fresco Piada, and it will probably be my last. I don't feel confident about ordering again.

Zola Nkosi
Great Quality with Minor Improvements
Fresco Piada flatbreads are impressive in quality and texture. They?re soft and flexible, perfect for wraps or quick pizzas. The flavor is authentic and mild, which works well with various fillings. The only slight drawback is that sometimes they can be a bit thinner than expected, making them a little fragile if overstuffed. However, careful handling solves this. Overall, these flatbreads add a nice touch to meals, and I appreciate how well they keep freshness in the fridge and freezer. For the price and quality, they?re a great option for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian-style flatbread at home. I?ll definitely keep buying these but hope to see a little more thickness in future batches.

Felix Jha
Great Texture
They were a lot more soft and durable than I thought they would be. I have used them for breakfast wraps and lunch wraps. They heat up well, too. They are a little expensive, but you can see the quality in the product.

Asher Rao
Too Dry and Stiff
The product did not come close to meeting my expectations. Even after heating, the piadina remained stiff and cracked when I attempted to use them. They didn't turn out at all soft and flexible like a wrap. Plus, the flavor was not good, just kind of bland. The idea has a lot of potential; unfortunately, the execution just isn't there yet. I ultimately ended up using them as crackers instead. At this rate I won't be purchasing again.

Silas Reddy
Quality Isn?t Consistent
This could have been an awesome product if only there was consistency. My first order was fine-soft texture, good flavor, and easy to use. But the reorder was a completely different experience. The flatbreads were dry and cracked at the edges. One pack even had an unusual smell that made me question freshness. I followed the same storage suggestions, so it should have been an issue on my end. Customer service took their time responding and when they did, it appeared to be a generic reply that wasn't helpful. I like the idea of getting authentic Italian products in the U.S., but it needs to be executed correctly, and it was just not that at all. It was disappointing because I was looking to have this as a regular family meal item. For a company that prides itself as quality and tradition, it is underwhelming.

Audrey Rossi
Real Italian Vibes
Each piadina also brought back memories from Italy. These flatbreads are chewy, thin, and my husband particularly loved them with prosciutto or mozzarella. It's a small piece of my trip, but a meaningful one in my kitchen.

Trayvon Jones
A Reliable Staple in Our Kitchen
Fresco Piada flatbreads have become a regular part of our household. We use them for everything from breakfast wraps to quick dinners and snacks. The texture is just right?soft, flexible, and with a pleasant chewiness that holds up well to various fillings. Heating them on a skillet for a minute or two enhances their flavor and texture, adding a light crispness without making them tough. The taste is subtle yet satisfying, letting the fillings take center stage while adding a comforting bread base. We?ve found them to be more consistent than other flatbreads and tortillas we?ve tried. The packaging keeps them fresh, and they freeze well for longer storage. Having a reliable, authentic Italian-style flatbread on hand has simplified meal planning and made our meals more enjoyable.

Faith Stewart
Perfect for Quick Meals
These piadina have become a go-to for busy lunches. They warm up quickly and stay soft, making them perfect for wrapping or folding with various fillings. I?ve used them with chicken, grilled veggies, tuna salad, and they always hold their shape. The flavor is mild but rich?nothing artificial. They have a handmade feel that?s rare in store-bought bread. It?s impressive how long they stay fresh in the fridge, and even after freezing, they come back to life beautifully. For someone who enjoys cooking but doesn?t have much time, this product really helps create great meals fast.

Everett Edwards
Easy to Use, Great Flavor
Piadina have become something I often turn to for fast, working lunches. Dosa is easy to warm and stays flexible which makes them ideal for wrapping many kinds of fillings. I?ve put them under grilled chicken, grilled vegetables and tuna salad and they have always stayed intact. It tastes pleasant and is not overly sweet?the ingredients are all natural. You can?t find this texture and taste in most store-bought breads. You can keep them in the fridge for a while and whether you freeze them or not, they still look and taste great after being cooked. If you like to cook but are in a hurry, this product lets you make fantastic meals in no time.

Sawyer Ganesan
A Solid Product
I came across these piadina after a friend posted about it and decided to order a pack of the flatbreads. It came soft, fresh (not greasy at all), and I like how it doesn't overpower the flavors inside. They are good for quick dinners or just snack wraps.

Aditya Saxena
Easy to Use and Delicious
Using Fresco Piada flatbreads has made my meal prep much simpler and more enjoyable. They?re soft enough to roll up easily but sturdy enough to hold hearty fillings without breaking. The flavor is subtle, making them a great base for everything from savory sandwiches to sweet treats. I often warm them in a pan, which gives a nice slight crisp without drying them out. Their freshness lasts well in the fridge and even after freezing. What I really appreciate is the clean ingredient list and the authentic taste?they don?t feel like mass-produced wraps but rather a thoughtful product made with care. These piadina bring variety and quality to my kitchen, and I recommend them to anyone who enjoys easy, tasty meals with an Italian flair.

Penelope Weber
Not Worth the Price
I ordered from Fresco Piada after reading about their "authentic" flatbreads. The product was not bad by any stretch, but it did not come close to the hype or price. The flatbreads had varied textures, as some were too dry and others were a little chewy. It also did not toast evenly and would fall apart with basic fillings like grilled vegetables. For a product that is supposed to be premium, it felt very box-store level. It did look to have nice packaging, but a few of the wraps were cracked when I opened the package. I emailed customer service, but that does not really offer much assistance. Although it took longer for shipping, the experience was so dreadful for such a simple product. I wanted this to be a staple in my pantry, but now I will not be purchasing again. I honestly expected better quality for the price!

Ivy Schmidt
Not What I Expected
The product was not what we were expecting to be. Even with the heating, the piadina was still held very rigid and cracked in any use. The product could not be used as a wrap because it didn't have a soft or flexible component, aside from the taste not being anything too special. The concept is great, just not executed correctly, unfortunately. I ended up using them (in spite of originally intending) as crackers. Based on all of this, I would not suggest or repurchase the product.

Isla Moreau
Better Than Expected
I thought I was going to have just another wrap, but it is not that. It does have something very fresh and homemade feel to it. And it holds up well to the ingredients and does not get soggy. I will definitely buy again for quick lunch options.

Meera Bajaj
Consistently Excellent Quality
Every package of Fresco Piada flatbreads I?ve received has been consistent in freshness, flavor, and texture. It?s clear that quality control is a priority here. The piadina arrive soft and flexible, making them easy to use for wraps, sandwiches, or mini pizzas. They toast evenly and retain their softness inside, even after warming. The flavor is pleasantly mild and natural, with no artificial tastes or excessive saltiness. I?ve enjoyed pairing them with a variety of ingredients from deli meats to grilled vegetables, and they work beautifully every time. The packaging also keeps them fresh longer than expected, which is a big plus. Having a reliable, high-quality flatbread on hand simplifies meal prep and adds a nice authentic touch. These are a great find for anyone looking to enjoy Italian-style flatbreads at home.

Falls Apart Easily
The wraps cracked every time I folded them. Heating them didn't help too much, they were still brittle with light fillings. The wraps standard taste of flavor, so there wasn't too much to help them with. We definitely expected better quality based on the price and branding. It's disappointing to buy something that is authentic in their marketing, but doesn't live up to the hype and is hard to use. This will be our last order. The flatbreads came dry and stiff, shape felt thicker with no real purpose. We tried to warm it, which didn't help at all, it just stayed brittle and then cracked even with the soft fillings of hummus and veggies. Flavor was almost nonexistent. It just tasted like dry dough. We also felt like shipping took longer than was expected. We felt like more of a novelty than normal use. Overall disappointing.

Olivia Davis
Impressive Quality
I wasn?t prepared for how much taste and texture a flatbread could deliver when it was brought to me. When warmed briefly, the piadina turned soft, flexible and ideal for making wraps. Their structure is firm enough to hold a lot of filling inside. I often wrap them up for a lunch wrap, make a breakfast sandwich or base them for a quick pizza. All the time, I make them, they stay intact and are scrumptious. The fact that they?re made using a classic approach is clearly evident. It is now one of those things I make sure is in my fridge. Definitely gives ordinary meals a special gourmet taste.

Leo Prasad
Nice Change
Whether it's lunchtimes regular sandwiches or pit stops, it is a nice switch to replace regular bread with a piadina. They are lighter, more flexible and much easier for my lunches. Good value too.

Aurora Diallo
Holds Fillings Well
Love that these don't sog quickly. I filled one with grilled chicken and it didn't go soft or break down. Just clean and simple flavor. I will definitely order again.

Ethan Miller
Fresh and Authentic Taste
The piadina from Fresco Piada USA brings a taste of real Italian authentic flavor into the kitchen. They come fresh, and when slightly warmed, they are soft and ready for fillings. They can be filled with savory meats, fresh vegetables, or minimal spreads, but hold up without cracking. They are a great size for wraps or folded sandwiches. They are made with quality ingredients, which makes a huge difference in flavor. We've added them to lunches, and we've put them in our dinners. The texture and flavor of these things just feels real, and they are like something that might have come from an Italian family restaurant.

Jean-Luc Dubois
Holds Up Through Every Use
These piadina are astonishingly sturdy and reliable. Fresh or thawed from frozen, they are always soft and pliable. I?ve made wraps with grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and cheese, and the bread never breaks down or become soggy. The taste is understated but has an authentic flavor: it goes well with savory fillings or sweet fillings. I love the texture: it?s soft but chewy enough to be satisfying. If you put them in a pan for one minute, the taste and texture improve without drying them out. These flatbreads are excellent for fast meals that still deliver quality. I haven?t bought regular wraps since I discovered Fresco Piada. They are a better eating experience, and they provide an authentic Italian experience.

Fresh and Light
The flatbreads are soft, with a mild flavor that blends well with different fillings. They arrived fast and were packaged well. They were even good after warming them up. Not too heavy, which is helpful for me with lunch choices.

Too Dry and Not Functional
I gave these a fair shot over the course of a few weeks and tried them in all different ways?wraps, flatbread pizzas, cut into chips. In every product, I experienced the same issues. The bread is really too dry and flaky to even use as a wrap. It cracks and breaks if I even lightly warm it. The texture is dense and stiff, which makes chewing difficult unless soaked with sauce. Flavor is nearly nonexistent?almost has no flavor that stands on its own. The packaging looked good, but the freshness just wasn't there. The shipping was slow, and I received no resposne when I reached out for support. For being marketed as a heavily Italian and artisanal style product, I expected way more. Maybe others had better experiences, but I definitely didn't. For now, I'm sticking with other options that at least have decent consistency and service.

Cracks Before You Can Use It
I bought these flatbreads to replace my regular tortillas with something a bit more special. What I got was a pile of dry, cracking wraps that couldn't even hold basic fillings. I followed the heating directions exactly and I even tried several methods, but nothing worked. I couldn't even roll them before they cracked. The flavor, for what it's worth, was bland, and tasted like cardboard. Even a light drizzle of olive oil didn't save them. I contacted customer service to see if I had a bad batch, but there was no response. It is frustrating to pay for a product sold as authentic, premium, high-end, etc, and end up with something unusable. Between the lack of flexibility, mediocre flavor, and no customer service response, it was simply one thing after another. Not what I expected, and I would not recommend it to anyone, including friends and family.

Perfect for Every Meal Occasion
It?s safe to say that Fresco Piada flatbreads have found a home in my kitchen. From breakfast wraps with eggs and vegetables, to light lunch sandwiches, to pizzas for dinner when I don?t have the heart to prepare something extensive. The flatbread stands up well to everything and tastes incredible. The texture is ideal?not too thick or thin, soft, and sturdy enough to hold the fillings without splitting, but thin enough to reduce my consumption of bread. They toast evenly and develop a slight crisp that has a nice contrast to the inside. I appreciate the authentic taste, which I found milder than some flatbreads but with an interesting richness that tastes great with lots of different ingredients. What surprised me the most is how fresh these flatbreads have been, even when stored in the refrigerator, they have been fresh much longer than I anticipated. They even freeze well (for the purpose of removing them from the package), without a loss of texture or taste. Overall, they have made meal prep easier and more enjoyable and allow me to introduce some Italian flair to the everyday.

Authentic Flavor
This piadina was fresh, like something you'd find in a small, Italian town. It was soft, yet had a bit of a chew. Delivery was prompt, and each of the piadina's came nice and flat in a packaging that would make travel easy. Very simple, yet delicious. I'm so happy there's an option like this in the States now!

Lacks Flexibility
Gave these a solid chance. But they are too rigid to be considered any type of wrap. Tried warming in several different ways, they still cracked with the slightest pressure. Not useful at all. For something being marketed as soft Italian flatbread, this is certainly not it. I expected more, based on how this has been marketed.

Versatile Choice
Breakfast or dinner, these piadinas are great for all of these meals. They have a great form for wraps and fold nicely without cracking. I am happy with the quality.
