Slow Progress

Progress is a lot slower than I'd like, but customer service has been really helpful. I've dealt with them for about six months now and they have only settled one account, which is frustrating, but hopefully, it picks up from here on out.

Slow But Effective

Freedom Debt Relief is helping me get out of debt, but it's really slow. I've been with the program for almost a year now, and just two accounts have settled. I still get calls from creditors, which stresses me out, but I know this takes time. The customer service does a very good job of keeping me informed about what's going on. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. I wish it was quicker, though.

Not Fast Enough

I do like FDR's attempt, but it needs to hurry up a bit. I have been dealing with this for months, and all these collection calls are a headache. They have settled one account so far, which is why I am going to stick it out. FDR's customer service has been great. They're always available to answer my questions, and I feel like they're genuinely invested in helping me. I'm starting to see my debts go down, and I am excited for the future.

A Good Experience

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was in way over my head concerning my debt and did not know what to do. FDR helped me to settle my accounts and lower my payments. Their customer service has been fantastic-always available with answers to questions and providing updates. Finally Getting Back On Track

I have been in Freedom Debt Relief for almost a year, and I am just surprised about how I went this far. I had several credit cards, all maxed out, and so far, FDR helped me to settle three of these. Not Happy With Service

I am pretty much dissatisfied with the service that Freedom Debt Relief gave. First of all, the process is too slow, and secondly, it has lessened my credit score. Still, calls come from creditors, and I am not satisfied with the progress that was to take place.

Slow But Steady Progress

I've been with FDR for roughly a year now, and although very slow going the pace I would have liked-I'm happy thus far with what I've seen. They've settled two accounts to date, and I can only hope more will be soon to follow. Life-Saving Service

Could Be Faster

I have been with FDR for approximately eight months, and while they have reduced my debt, it has gone much slower than I had thought it would. Slow Process

I was very excited at first with Freedom Debt Relief, because they made it sound like they had everything under control and I couldn't wait to get up and running. In all actuality, it has moved much slower than I thought it would, and the calls from creditors still come in, which causes a lot of stress. Disappointed With Progress

I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief with high hopes but was disappointed by how slow it was going. I have been with the program for a bit over a year, and so far, two accounts have been settled. I still get calls from creditors. My credit score takes a hit. Joined Freedom Debt Relief thinking the process was going to be so much quicker, but in fact, it has been so much slower than expected. My credit score is worse, and the creditors still call. Not too sure I did the right thing.
