Slow Delivery
While the product itself was decent, the delivery time was frustratingly slow. It took over a week to arrive, which is unacceptable for an online order. Disappointing Quality
I had high hopes for Franklin?s Stash House after hearing positive things. Unfortunately, the product I received was subpar. The flavor was harsh, and the burn was uneven. Additionally, the packaging was flimsy and didn't seem to preserve the product well. For the price, I expected better quality and presentation. I won't be returning as a customer.
