Never Received My Order
I placed an order for two colognes from FragranceX over a month ago and still haven?t received anything. The tracking number they provided never updated beyond ?label created,? and all I got from customer support was a generic response saying they were ?looking into it.? I followed up multiple times with no helpful response. I?ve ordered from other fragrance sites before and never had this kind of issue. At this point, I?ve requested a refund through my credit card company because I?ve completely lost faith in the process. I understand shipping delays happen, but complete silence from support and no product after four weeks is just unacceptable. This was my first experience with them and it?s definitely the last. If you?re expecting a smooth transaction or need something by a certain time, I would absolutely not recommend using FragranceX. It?s just not worth the risk or stress.

I ordered with plenty of time, but it still arrived late. To make matters worse, the perfume box was damaged and looked like it had been thrown around. I had to rewrap it myself, which was frustrating because I expected it to arrive in decent condition. I contacted their support to complain and got no real help?just a generic ?we apologize? message. The perfume itself was fine, but presentation and timing really matter when it comes to gifts. I wouldn?t use FragranceX again for anything time-sensitive. They really need to improve packaging and delivery consistency. If you?re buying for yourself and don?t mind waiting, it might be okay, but for gifts or special occasions, I?d say skip it. Not worth the hassle.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
I?ve ordered from a lot of online retailers, and this was by far one of the worst experiences. I bought two perfumes and both arrived late. One of them was leaking inside the box, and the other didn?t even come with a cap. I reached out to FragranceX customer service immediately and sent pictures, but I got no meaningful response. After following up multiple times, I finally got offered a partial refund, which felt like an insult. I was hoping for either a full refund or at least a proper replacement. The packaging was sloppy, and it didn?t feel like they put any effort into protecting the products. This whole thing left a bad taste. I really wanted to like them because of the prices, but I?d rather pay more somewhere else for better service and reliable delivery. Definitely not shopping here again. Poor Communication, No Delivery
I had a terrible experience with FragranceX. I ordered a perfume and received a confirmation email, but after that, there were no updates at all. The tracking link never worked, and when I reached out to customer service, I got an automated reply that didn?t answer my questions. I followed up several times, but never got a proper human response. Three weeks passed and I still hadn?t received the item. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. The lack of transparency and communication is what bothered me the most. If they had just given me a real update or offered to refund me, I might?ve been more understanding. But the complete silence made me feel like I was being scammed. This was my first and last time ordering from this site. The prices aren?t worth this kind of stress.

Looks Legit, But Something?s Off
I ordered a designer cologne from FragranceX because the price seemed good. The item arrived after about two weeks, which I was okay with. But when I opened the box, I noticed the bottle wasn?t sealed, and the fragrance smelled slightly different from the one I?d used before. Not necessarily bad, just... off. It also didn?t last as long, which made me question whether I got an old batch or possibly a reformulated version. I emailed customer support asking about it and got no reply. No one answered my questions, and that really turned me off from ordering again. The site might be legit, but there?s just too much uncertainty around what you?ll receive. I don?t think it?s a full-on scam, but I also wouldn?t trust it for anything important. I?ll stick to more reliable sources, even if it costs a bit more. Peace of mind is worth it.
