I?ll admit the prices are tempting. That?s what got me to place my order in the first place. But if something goes wrong, don?t expect much help. My order showed as delivered even though I never received it. I checked with neighbors, checked security footage?nothing. I emailed support twice and they basically told me to check with the carrier. No investigation, no follow-up, nothing. I get that delivery errors happen, but the way they handled it was disappointing. A refund or at least some accountability would?ve gone a long way. Instead, I was left to deal with it on my own. Cheap prices aren?t worth it if there?s zero customer service to back it up. I?ll go with more reputable sites next time. It?s just not worth the stress when something simple goes wrong and no one helps.

Disappointing from the Start
My experience with Fragrance Outlet was a mess from beginning to end. The website froze twice when I was checking out, and I had to enter my info multiple times. When I finally placed the order, I didn?t get a confirmation email for over 24 hours. I started getting nervous that it didn?t go through. Customer support didn?t respond to my inquiry for days. Eventually, the order did show up?but the box was beat up, and one of the bottles had a scratched label like it had been sitting around forever. The scent itself was okay, but it didn?t feel fresh. I wouldn?t buy from them again just based on how stressful and disorganized the whole thing felt. I?d rather pay a few extra bucks for a smoother process and more peace of mind. I contacted customer service right away, hoping they?d fix it quickly. They asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I didn?t hear anything for a full week. When they finally replied, there was no apology, just instructions to send it back and wait for the correct item. I did that, but it arrived late and missed the birthday. It just felt careless on their part, like I wasn?t important. Mistakes happen, but it?s how a company handles them that matters. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for a gift. I don?t think I?ll trust them again, at least not for anything time-sensitive. They need to improve how they communicate and take care of customers when issues come up.

Poor Experience with Return
I tried to return a fragrance that just wasn?t what I expected. I followed their return instructions and sent it back within the timeframe. It took over two weeks for them to even acknowledge that they received it. After that, I had to email multiple times to ask when the refund would be processed. Finally, they refunded me, but they took out a restocking fee that wasn?t mentioned clearly during checkout. I felt like they were just trying to keep part of my money no matter what. Customer service was slow and not helpful at all. For a return process, it was way more complicated than it needed to be. I understand some sites have strict policies, but this just felt unfair. I won?t order from Fragrance Outlet again. A refund process should be easy if the item is unused. This was just a hassle from beginning to end.

Not What I Expected
I ordered what I thought was the original version of a perfume I?ve used for years, but when it arrived, it smelled way off. It wasn?t terrible, just different?like something was missing or watered down. The packaging also looked slightly off, and the print on the box was a little blurry. I emailed customer service and asked about it, but they basically brushed me off and said it was the same product. I don?t think it?s fake, but something isn?t right. I?ve bought this perfume several times from other retailers and it never smelled like this. I was really disappointed because I was hoping to save money and ended up wasting it instead. I won?t risk ordering from them again. I?d rather pay a little more and be sure I?m getting exactly what I want. This experience didn?t feel professional or trustworthy at all.

Damaged Package and Poor Support
I was excited to try a new cologne I ordered from Fragrance Outlet, but when the package came, the bottle was cracked and leaking inside the box. The whole thing smelled like perfume and the bottle was sticky to the touch. I contacted customer service right away and sent photos of the damage. It took them several days just to reply, and when they finally did, they asked me to ship the broken product back before they?d issue a refund or send a replacement. That?s ridiculous?I don?t want to ship leaking glass. It felt like they were making it as difficult as possible to get help. I ended up throwing the bottle away and never got a refund. The experience completely turned me off from using this site again. If they had handled the situation better or at least taken responsibility faster, I might?ve given them another shot.

Never Received My Order
I placed my order over a month ago and still haven?t received it. The order confirmation came quickly, but after that, it went silent. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. I emailed customer service three times and only got one generic reply saying ?we are looking into it.? It?s been weeks since then. I?ve basically given up hope that I?ll ever see the product or my money. This was my first time ordering from Fragrance Outlet and probably the last. I can?t believe a company can?t keep track of orders or at least provide real updates. At this point I feel like I?ve been scammed, even though the site looked legit. I?m going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they clearly aren?t resolving the issue. Very disappointed in how poorly this was handled from start to finish.

Product Was Fine, Service Was Not
I ordered two bottles of cologne?one for myself and one for a friend. The site showed they were in stock and ready to ship. But after I placed the order, I didn?t hear anything for almost a week. No tracking, no shipping confirmation, nothing. I finally emailed customer service and got a vague reply saying it was ?being processed.? A few days later, I got only one of the bottles, with no explanation about the second one. I had to follow up again just to be told it was out of stock. Why let me buy it then? They refunded me eventually, but the process was too slow and annoying. The cologne I got was fine, but the experience wasn?t worth it. There?s no reason this should?ve been such a hassle for such a simple order. Not sure if I?d take a chance with them again.

Frustrating and Slow
I placed my order hoping to get it in time for a birthday gift, but it didn?t even ship for 9 days. I reached out to customer service, and they gave me a generic response with no real info. When the package finally arrived, the box was damaged and looked like it had been thrown around. Luckily the perfume bottle wasn't broken, but the outer box was crushed and looked used. I expected better quality from a company that sells fragrances. I had no way to track the package during shipping, which added to the stress. Overall, it was just not a good experience. For the price I paid, I expected faster service and better packaging. I won?t be ordering again anytime soon. If they had better communication or a faster response time, maybe I?d give it another try, but not after this hassle.

Nice scents at good prices
