Very Slow Response Times
The product itself was fine, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had a simple question about an order that hadn?t shipped even after a week, and I emailed them three times before getting a response?nine days later. When they finally replied, they didn?t even fully answer my question, just copy-pasted some generic tracking info that still didn?t work. I eventually got the item, but by that time, I was so annoyed with the poor communication that it really overshadowed the product. I get that things can get delayed, but if a company wants returning customers, they need to be more responsive and transparent. This kind of service doesn?t give me confidence. If I order again, it?ll only be if I absolutely can?t find the scent anywhere else. Not my first choice moving forward.

I was really excited to try a new perfume, but when my order finally arrived, the bottle was shattered inside the box. There was no bubble wrap, no padding?just the perfume loosely packed. The box smelled strongly of the fragrance, and glass pieces were everywhere. I immediately contacted customer service and included photos, but it took them nearly a week to respond. Even then, they only offered store credit, not a refund. I had paid for something that was unusable from the start and didn?t want to go through the hassle of another order. This was my first order with FragranceNet, and unfortunately, it?ll probably be my last. If they can?t ship fragile items properly or take ownership when things go wrong, it?s just not worth it. Buying perfume online shouldn?t be this risky. It?s disappointing because I had high hopes after hearing good things.

Second Order Was a Letdown

Unreliable Return Process

Good Experience Overall
Got my cologne without any issues. The shipping took a few days longer than expected, but nothing major. Product was authentic and new. I?d use them again, just maybe wouldn?t rely on it for last-minute gifts. Good value though.

Not Impressed with the Packaging
While the fragrance itself turned out to be okay, the packaging was disappointing. The box was scuffed, dented, and looked like it had been tossed around. I was going to give it as a gift, but there?s no way I could present it like that. It made the entire order feel cheap, even though it wasn?t. I expected at least some level of care in how things are shipped. It?s a small thing, but it really matters, especially if you?re buying a high-end perfume. I reached out to customer service to ask for a partial credit or explanation?nothing. It?s frustrating when there?s no accountability. The product may be real, but the presentation counts too, especially for gift orders. If you care about how your order looks, this might not be the best place to shop. I?ll be going elsewhere for future gifts.

Great Prices, Fast Delivery

Misleading Shipping Info
I ordered a fragrance for my partner?s anniversary gift, and the site said ?ships in 1?3 business days.? That was not the case. It didn?t even leave the warehouse until day six, and by the time it arrived, the event had passed. I wouldn?t have placed the order if I knew it would take that long. The perfume was fine, but that didn?t really make up for the bad timing. Customer service wasn?t helpful either?they just said shipping times are ?estimated.? I get it, but if you're going to make promises on delivery, you should stick to them. I wouldn?t trust this site if you're on a schedule or trying to buy a gift. They need to update their shipping info and be more honest on the site. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation.
