Best fragrance buying experience

Packaging was damaged badly
The order arrived, but I was disappointed to see that the packaging was in rough shape. The perfume box was crushed, and although the bottle inside was intact, the overall presentation looked terrible?especially since this was meant to be a gift. I expected better care in packaging, especially for a fragrance company. I reached out to customer service, and they just said the product itself was fine and didn?t offer any replacement or discount. I understand if the shipping carrier is at fault, but FragranceBuy should still stand by their packaging standards. It?s not just about the fragrance?it?s about the whole experience, especially when buying gifts. I probably won?t order again unless they improve how they handle fragile items. A little more bubble wrap or a sturdier box would?ve gone a long way. The product works, but the overall experience felt cheap and careless.

Website said "in stock" but wasn?t
I ordered a fragrance that showed ?in stock? on the website. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and expected it to ship within a few days. A week went by, and I received no updates. Finally, I reached out to customer service, and they informed me the item was actually out of stock and they were waiting on new inventory. I wish they had told me this upfront instead of letting me wait and wonder. If an item is out of stock, don?t let people order it?that?s basic e-commerce etiquette. I ended up canceling the order and got a refund, but the whole situation was frustrating and wasted my time. I?m hesitant to order again, especially if I need something urgently. Transparency goes a long way, and this experience didn?t give me much confidence in their system. Hopefully they fix their stock tracking soon.

Product not as described
I ordered what I thought was a full-sized bottle based on the product image and title, but what I received was a much smaller size. I double-checked the listing and realized later that the description had the correct size in small print, but it was misleading. The image showed a bigger bottle, and there was no size selection option?just one listing. That?s deceptive, especially for people who don?t pay attention to every detail. I emailed them asking if I could exchange it, but they said they don?t accept returns once the item has been opened. I didn?t even open the bottle, but they insisted it was non-refundable. Very frustrating. I felt like I got tricked into buying something smaller for a higher price than it was worth. I won?t be shopping here again unless they change how they list products. Delayed shipping and no updates

Fake-looking tester bottle
I?ve ordered from other sites before and always received testers that looked official?even if they were unboxed. But the tester I received from FragranceBuy looked off. Poor response from customer service

Too slow for the price savings

Great experience from India

Long shipping, no warning
My order took almost three weeks to arrive. Now, if I had been told this in advance, it wouldn?t be a big deal. But there was no mention of extended processing times or delays when I checked out. After 10 days with no update, I emailed them, and it took another few days just to get a vague response about warehouse issues. When the package finally arrived, the product was okay, but the whole experience left a bad taste. I expected more professionalism. It?s frustrating to pay for something and then have zero communication. I wouldn?t mind trying them again someday, but not if I need a fragrance quickly. They need to be more upfront about delays or at least communicate better with customers who are waiting. I probably wouldn?t recommend them unless you?re okay with long waits and don?t need clear shipping info.

Didn?t receive my order at all
I placed an order and never received it. The tracking number provided didn?t work properly?it showed as pending for over 10 days. I contacted support multiple times and kept getting generic replies asking me to ?wait a few more days.? Eventually, they told me it was likely lost and offered to refund me. The refund came through, but I wasted nearly a month for nothing. No product, no real apology?just a refund. I get that shipping issues happen, but the lack of urgency or accountability was disappointing. I probably won?t use this site again. If they had been more proactive and apologetic, I might have reconsidered. But the whole experience felt like I was chasing them just to get basic answers.

Took too long to process order
