Bad Quality of Food

I heard about Foodler.com from a friend and decided to give it a shot, but I regret it. The food I ordered was not fresh and had a strange taste. I complained about this on the app to the restaurant, but there was no response. The delivery was also late, and I had to eat a cold meal. It was all really disappointing. I was expecting something reliable and of good quality, but Foodler didn't meet my expectations on both counts. From now on, I'm sticking with other services.

Terrible Experience

My experience with Foodler.com was beyond frustrating. I placed an order at 7:00 PM for a 7:45 PM delivery, but the food didn't arrive until after 9:00 PM, making my whole evening a disaster. The food was cold, the order was incomplete, and when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They told me there was nothing they could do because the restaurant was at fault, which was no comfort. I'll never use this service again, and I advise others to look elsewhere.

Order Not Delivered Correctly

I ordered from Foodler.com for the first time and wasn't impressed. Though the ordering process was easy, my food was delivered with a few items missing. I called the customer service desk to request them to rectify the mistake, but the person seemed to be more interested in giving me generic responses rather than actually solving the problem. The missing items were never delivered, and no compensation was given for the error. I am giving them another chance, but if this happens again, I will find a more reliable food delivery service.

Rude Customer Service

After an extremely frustrating experience with Foodler.com, I had to contact their customer support. Not only was my food delivered late, but it was also cold. When I called to ask about it, the customer service representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. They didn't offer any solution other than telling me they couldn't control the delivery time. I've had much better experiences with other food delivery services, and I will not be using Foodler again.

Wrong Order and No Resolution

I ordered dinner from Foodler.com, and when it arrived, the food was completely wrong. I had asked for a vegetarian meal, but they sent something with meat in it. I called customer service right away to correct the mistake, but all they kept saying was that there was nothing they could do. I was really disappointed in how they handled the situation. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to others.

Overpriced and Unreliable

Unprofessional Service

I have ordered from Foodler.com a few times, and every time I have had problems with their delivery. The drivers have been unprofessional, either arriving late or not following delivery instructions. My last order was 30 minutes late, and the food was cold. When I called to complain, they said there was nothing they could do. Customer service did not offer any solutions or apologies. I am done with Foodler.com and will be using a different service moving forward.

Waste of Time and Money

I was quite expecting a good experience from Foodler.com. But the result was an extreme disappointment. First, the food was not fresh, and more than an hour late in arrival. I could not reach out to customer care to address my issue. But I never get any response; I just waste my money over a meal, which is useless. I'm going to ask all my friends to avoid it.

Unreliable and Disappointing
