Topic: I purchased three premium blends. Reality was mushy burn, uneven smoke, and diminished aroma. First cigar ate up half the stick in oddly quick time, leaving a bitter taste that overshadowed any intended sweetness. Second one felt dry, and tip cracked mid-puff. Third was more enjoyable but still inconsistent with website description. Delivery was timely, yes, but that's not enough. Contacted support with photos?waited ten days for only a short apology. No return shipping offered, no refund. Left frustrated. Hope they up their QC because this batch missed the mark badly for me.
