Too many handoffs
The Flyhomes model has too many people involved. Every time we moved to a new phase, we were assigned a different contact. It led to confusion, missed emails, and contradictory instructions. Buying a home is already complex. They added layers of unnecessary confusion. The lack of consistency was what really frustrated us the most. We didn?t feel supported at all toward the end.

Things started off great with our Flyhomes agent?professional, attentive, and helpful. But as the process continued, especially closer to closing, we noticed a drop in communication. Our questions started going unanswered, and documents were delayed. It created unnecessary stress in the final weeks. We expected better follow-through given their reputation. We still closed on time, but just barely.
