Disappointed with Delivery Times
I purchased something from Flawless Vape Shop, expecting rapid delivery. Unfortunately, it took so much longer than anticipated, and a full week after estimated delivery had passed, which really had me question what was happening. I contacted their customer service numerous times, and surprisingly, it took a while for them to get back to me. Finally, when the items did arrive, the packaging was compromised, and one of the bottles of vape juice was leaking. I'm pretty disappointed because I've read great things about them, but my experience was anything but perfect. I know sometimes delays can take place, but the lack of communication and products arriving damaged really ruined it for me. I would think twice before ordering from here again.

Poor Quality and Customer Service
I just had a horrible experience with Flawless Vape Shop. The product I got was really not anything like I expected. The flavor sucked, and the coil that I bought burned out within two days, which really disappointed me. Well, when I tried to call and speak to customer service about returning or exchanging it, it took many days for them to get back to me. When they did, well, they weren't helpful at all. Due to this, I had to go through the tedious process of claiming a refund from my credit card company. I had high hopes after reading good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. I won't be ordering from them again.

Disappointed with Product Quality
I ordered a couple vape juices from Flawless Vape Shop. Frankly, I was really looking forward to trying them out; however, I was left disappointed. The flavor didn't taste as it should have, and the hit of nicotine was way stronger than what was advertised. One bottle had this weird taste of some chemical in it, which made me feel uneasy even using it. What really upset me, though, was how their customer service didn't appear interested in actually helping me resolve the issue. I kept getting generic responses back, and they essentially told me that it was my problem. It's frustrating when you spend money on products that aren't what you expected, and it's even more frustrating if one is not taken seriously by customer service. I won't be purchasing anything else from them.

Unacceptable Shipping Delay
I have never experienced such a long shipping delay in my life. I had ordered from Flawless Vape Shop, expecting to receive it within days, as their website stated. However, it took almost two weeks, and even then, it wasn't the right products. I had ordered a specific vape juice and received something entirely different from what I ordered. I tried to contact their support several times, but after days of waiting, I finally got a very vague response. I then had to initiate a return to get this farther delayed. Overall, really frustrating, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Issues with Product Authenticity
I had ordered a vape pen from Flawless Vape Shop, but I am very much concerned with the authenticity of the product received. It did not feel like the quality that I have come to expect from authentic vape pens. I found a poor battery life and inconsistent performance. Then again, researching online, I found the product might be a knock-off. I tried contacting customer service to verify the product's authenticity, but I didn't get a clear response. When I asked for a return or exchange, it was made very cumbersome. Yeah, these things can happen, but I just expected much better transparency and communication from a store with such great reviews. It makes me nervous about ordering with them again.

Disappointing Customer Support
I received very poor customer support from Flawless Vape Shop. I placed an order for a couple of vape juices and accessories, and one bottle had a leak in it. So, I thought I'd get quick support from them, contacted the support team, and all I got was an auto-response mail with no follow-up. It took several more tries, and I was finally able to connect with a representative, who wasn't exactly helpful. They said I could send it back but would have to pay to send it back; that is just unacceptable. I wasn't offered any type of compensation for this inconvenience, and they basically acted like they didn't care about my issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor Quality Control
I have ordered from Flawless Vape Shop several times, but am starting to think that their quality control is seriously lacking. On my most recent order, the vape juice I received was way too thin and didn't have the same flavor profile as the last bottle I had purchased. That was a disappointment because, in the past, I'd been quite pleased with their products. I also found that the bottle cap was loosely fitted, which made me worried about spills. Terrible Experience
I have had a horrible experience with Flawless Vape Shop. I have placed an order and got the confirmation email, but the package did not show up on time. A week later, I contacted customer service to verify what the status was, and they informed me that there was a delay, but indeed, they did not offer any serious solution. I was left without a tracking number, let alone being able to track the order. When it finally arrived, it was missing one of the items I ordered. It would take many emails back and forth before the missing item came in, which was frustrating and time-consuming. I am not ordering from them again.

Not the Best Experience
I bought a vape pen and juice from Flawless Vape Shop, and both were underwhelming. The vape pen was difficult to use, and the juice didn?t taste anything like the description. When I contacted their support team, they didn?t offer much help. I?ve had better experiences with other shops, so I won?t be returning here.

Quality Doesn't Match the Price
I ordered a couple of vape juices from Flawless Vape Shop, but I was quite disappointed with their quality. The flavor was weak, and the vapor production was poor. I was expecting much more quality for that price. For the amount paid, I could have gotten better products elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service
Flawless Vape Shop just really frustrated me. I ordered something, and it came in late. Then I tried calling customer service to find out why this was happening, and they hadn't told me anything. The product I had received was fine, but the service was really poor. I was expecting more communication.

Not Satisfied with My Purchase
I recently purchased a vape pen from Flawless Vape Shop, and it did not work as intended. The battery had very poor life, and the tank leaked profusely. I attempted to contact customer support in the process; the response was slow and unhelpful. Later on, I returned the product, and while the process was really smooth, overall, I was less than impressed.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
The positive reviews on the page compelled me to try Flawless Vape Shop, and, honestly, it was a disappointment. My ordered vape juice was overpriced, not as great as this vape shop had touted. Flavorless and did not provide a smooth hit. Had much better products from other shops for less than the price. Not worth the money.

Shipping Issues and Damaged Products
I didn't have a very good experience with Flawless Vape Shop. My package was late, and when I finally opened the package, I found out that one of the items was broken. I did contact customer service, but it took them ages to respond. I ended up receiving a partial refund, which wasn't quite good enough to redeem their poor service.

Low Quality Vape Mods
I have purchased a vape mod from Flawless Vape Shop, and it turned out to be pretty mediocre. After a few days of use, the mod started malfunctioning. It would just stop working at random times, and I was constantly troubleshooting. I contacted customer support to replace it, but they were very slow. Won't buy vape mods from them again.

Slow Shipping and Poor Communication
The order was from Flawless Vape Shop, which I paid to have expedited; it took over a week to come in. I tried contacting them several times to ask about my order, and they never responded in a timely manner. Finally, when the items arrived, the vape pen that I ordered was defective, and I had to go through a ridiculously long return process.

Disappointed with Vape Juice Quality
I recently ordered a bottle of vape juice from this shop; to my surprise, it tasted very weak and had an unpleasant aftertaste. I've tried other juices from them before, but this one was a letdown. I'm not sure I'll continue buying from here unless the quality improves.

Slow Response and Missing Item
I placed an order for a vape pen and juice from Flawless Vape Shop, but my order was incomplete. One of the items was missing. I mail customer support, and days eventually went by just to get a response. They finally sent the missing item, but the process to get it was so frustrating; I won't be ordering again anytime soon.
