Poor Service and Delays
From reading all the reviews of Flaviar, I expected a good service, but so far, my experience has been frustrating. I signed up for a membership and ordered my first tasting kit. The kit took over a week longer than estimated to arrive. Some of the samples in it were not as described on the website. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment and to get clarification, but the response was slow and not very helpful. I was given a generic reply that didn?t address my specific concerns. It?s disappointing because I really wanted to enjoy the experience. The shipping delay and lack of adequate support left a bad taste, and I?m not sure it?s worth continuing my membership. While I think the concept of the company is great, there are many things that should be significantly improved in terms of execution. I will maybe try it again sometime, but I'm pretty wary now.

Not as advertised - Poor customer experience
I'm really disappointed with my experience with Flaviar. I joined their membership thinking that they would send over curated samples for tastings, as advertised. Well, boy, was that a lie. The first tasting pack arrived, and most samples were about half the size of what promotional materials showed. If that wasn't enough, trying to reach out to their support team took almost two weeks for them to get back, and the resolution was unsatisfactory. They only sent me a canned message offering me some trivial credit but did not deal with the real issue of the underwhelming samples I get. Refund requested, I was informed that they do not give refunds for membership once active. Advertisements from this company mislead customers, and lousy customer service just exacerbates it.

Overpriced for what you get
While the selection of spirits is great, I think Flaviar is overpriced for what you get. The tasting samples are much smaller than I thought they would be, and a few of the bottles can be found cheaper somewhere else. Shipping takes longer than stated, which in turn makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

Decent but not exceptional
Flaviar has a pretty good selection, but I was really underwhelmed with the tasting kits. A few of the spirits were interesting, while others were less impressive than I had hoped. I also had a pretty bad experience with delayed shipping that wasn't communicated well. It's fine, but for the price, I was expecting a lot more.

Missed the mark on customer service
Products are OK, but customer service isn't great. When I had a problem with my delivery, nobody got in touch in a timely manner. The tasting kits look fabulous on paper, but when you do them, they feel rushed, and you don't get too much of a personal touch with Flaviar, which really made me reconsider my membership.

Bad experience, won't return
I had the worst experience with Flaviar. My tasting kit didn't come on time, and when it did, it lacked one of the samples inside. I contacted support, and it was really slow, plus they didn't fix my problem. Really not worth it.

Great Experience for Whiskey Enthusiasts
So far, the experience with Flaviar has been really great. It is offering a great range of spirits, and I just love the tasting packs. Disappointed with customer service
I have been a member of Flaviar for a few months now, and I can't say I'm overly impressed. While the selection of spirits is good, I've had several issues with their customer service. I had an order that was delayed for almost two weeks with no communication from them. When I finally reached out, the response was slow and didn't offer much help beyond a generic apology. The tasting samples are nice, but the prices seem to be a bit high compared with what's available in local stores, considering the shipping delay. It is frustrating, for it has a lot of potentials, but from my experience, I would not be willing to subscribe again. I expected a lot more from the service claiming to be premium.
