Limited Customization and Slow Support
Fixr's platform is fine for general event management but isn't customizable enough. We wished to create our event page different to reflect our branding, but the alternatives were slim. Moreover, assistance was very slow in answering our questions, and we were left high and dry with problems unsolved. For a premium service, flexibility was absent and customer support lacking, making this experience irritating. I will not be using Fixr for future events.

Not Worth the Hype
I was expecting big things from Fixr after reading about it, but it didn't quite deliver. The website is not as intuitive as one would like, and we experienced a number of glitches when attempting to personalize our event page. Additionally, we struggled with payment processing, which created added stress while planning our event. While the platform has a lot of features, the subpar user experience and unhelpful support made the platform difficult to navigate. I will probably seek out another platform next time.

Disappointing Customer Support
Although Fixr provides a variety of tools, I was really let down by their customer support. My team experienced numerous problems setting it up, and the support team took days to respond. Even after following up multiple times, the problem was not fixed in a reasonable time, which led to considerable delays in our event planning. For an event platform that professes reliability, this was a big disappointment. I expected more responsiveness and accountability, particularly given the fee for using their service.
