Quick and Helpful Customer Support
The customer service at First Key Homes is reasonably responsive regarding getting my renewal in. Joy, one of the people in customer support, is very good at explaining things and making sure you understand what's going on. Even though it took a little longer than I expected for the process to be completed, Joy's professionalism and friendliness make it well worth it. Highly recommend First Key Homes regarding the helpfulness of their service people.

Fast Repairs

Impressive Maintenance Team
I had a little leak on my ceiling and was worried how long it would take to get fixed, but First Key Homes maintenance team came through really quick! My technician is Alexander Ortega. He is amazing. He came right on time and explained what he was going to do, and just fixed the problem. He even cleaned up the area before he left. I am really impressed on how things are carried out smoothly. First Key Homes has been wonderful so far in all dealings.

Excellent Help with Lease Renewal
I had my lease come up, and I simply had a few particular questions on the terms and what I needed to do in regard to renewing. The representatives of the Renewal Department were amazing and really assisted me through every stage of the process. Joy is also very patient in responding to all my questions, ensuring that I get the new terms, and even gives me some more alternatives for the renewal. Thank you, Joy. Slow Response to Maintenance Requests
I have rented from First Key Homes for six months. Although the house is good, the maintenance service is among things I am far from being satisfied with. It took almost two weeks to fix a faucet that was leaking. Their communication about the whole process was very poor. I had called many times to get updates, and every time, different answers were given. Such an annoying experience.

Outstanding Customer Service Experience
Then, I had the pleasure of talking to Max Palomino of First Key Homes. He is, I must say, one heck of a service provider. So, I had some trouble with billing, and Max went out of his way to sort that out for me. He was helpful, and I could tell he was trying to be very informative throughout the whole process. Max followed up afterwards to ensure everything is okay, which I appreciated a lot. It is really a rare thing to find this level of fine customer service anymore, and I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to have Max work on my account. First Key Homes is surely blessed to be working with such a devoted employee!

First Key Homes Goes Above and Beyond
I simply can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with First Key Homes. From the start of my lease through today, they've been nothing but helpful and professional. Recently, my air conditioner stopped working, and Luis Lopez came out to fix it. He also explained what caused the problem and planned the course of action for fixing it. Really, a perfect blend of thoroughness and professionalism. I have leased places through other companies in the past; this is the first time I have ever felt so cared for and served. Extremely Professional and Responsive
Great experience renting with First Key Homes. A few days ago, I submitted a maintenance request regarding the piping issue in the bathroom. Within a couple of hours from sending this request, Alexander Orrego was knocking on our door to fix the problem. He was very professional and explained exactly what the problem was before trying to fix it. The whole thing was smooth, and I appreciate how responsive the team is to any issue which may arise. Quick and Efficient Solution

Friendly and Informative Team
First Key Homes customer service team is always very helpful, but I had recently interacted with Fritz and he's unique. A number of questions related to my check-out are answered, and I must say Fritz was a pedantic individual; went through each one of the needed steps in detail. Made sure that everything was clear from his end, even suggesting to get more information that way through e-mail. Made what might have been a process rather nerve-wracking an absolute breeze. Thanks to him; I can't be any more thankful. Awesome service!!!

Disappointed with the Lack of Response
My experience at First Key Homes has not been as perfect as it should have been. We moved into one of their homes a few months ago, and while things have so far been fine, they've gotten really bad since we moved in. The worst issue is the maintenance request process. Several plumbing and electrical issues happen within this house; it takes weeks for anyone to come out and solve them. Even when they show up, the repairs are just patches, and problems just come back again. I have called their customer service several times, but it's always so slow, and I never get the feeling that anyone is seriously working on solving the problem. This has really been frustrating and has made me think seriously about leaving once the lease comes up.

Professional and Timely Service
Had an excellent experience with First Key Homes lately. Had some issues regarding my rental property, and the customer support department was proactive enough in getting them addressed. For example, I had a couple of issues, which were dealt with very effectively by Shubham Srivastava, who helped me ensure that all the issues were addressed by the relevant departments and followed up multiple times to ensure that the issue had indeed been addressed. Generally, very satisfied with the service level and response.

Exceptional Assistance with Rental Application
I was having some issue with my rental application and consulted Cesar Velazquez at First Key Homes. Cesar proved to be extremely helpful as he was elaborating every stage of the application process with me. He even helped me provide more documentation to expedite the approval process. Cesar was the best! He is very detail oriented and has a friendly attitude. All my cash-out processing surprised me by being approved. I would not have completed this process without the help of his. Maintenance Service Disappointing
Everything was smooth when we signed a lease, but things were to be different concerning the maintaining of the house. The technicians are nice, but hurry through the work in each instance. These jobs hardly last for long, and I am getting to encounter this problem over and over again; keep on calling them out.

Wonderful Experience with Lease Renewal
I recently renewed my lease with First Key Homes. What a great experience. I had terrific support from Cesar Velazquez; he guided me through the entire process and ensured that I understood all terms included in the new lease. He was very understanding of my concerns regarding a rent increase and even gave me some great advice on how to work with the renewal process. I really appreciate how patiently Cesar was with the whole process. His dedication to making the customer satisfied is truly commendable. Responsive Maintenance Team
I have rented from First Key Homes for almost a year, and the service has been terrific. Now, with the air at home not working, Alexander Ortega, part of the maintenance team, came to work on it. This guy was so professional, explained what the issue was, and was able to get it fixed within an hour. Outstanding Service and Support
My husband and I have rented from First Key Homes for over a year now, and I have been constantly impressed with the service. We recently had an issue with our oven that would not work, and Hipolito of the maintenance crew came and fixed it. When he came, his punctual time reminded me that respect for one's clients can be seen through arrival punctuality. He diagnosed the trouble within an hour and had it fixed. He was nice and considerate, cleaning after finishing the repair. First Key Homes have made renting so hassle-free and stress-free, which I cannot say about some of the places I previously rented from. I really recommend them to someone in search of a reliable property management company.

Hidden Fees and Bad Service
I have rented from First Key Homes for over a year, and honestly, I was really disappointed with the service received. But among the biggest issues is that hidden fees keep popping up, especially when dealing with pool maintenance. It's been months since I even paid a monthly fee for pool maintenance, and they hardly service it. And when they do come to service it, the job is done poorly. And not to mention the security deposit refund process has been nightmarish. They charged me for things I clearly wasn't at fault for, and getting a response from their customer service team is like pulling out teeth. I will not renew my lease and would advise most people to be very wary of this company.

Quick and Efficient Maintenance Service
