Unprofessional Service

This company or at least an associate of theirs is extremely rude and interrupts you at every opportunity - do not attempt to ask questions or inquire about results they receive from a soft credit pull as their answer is you are denied, goodbye. Completely unprofessional. The credit results the associate told me I have are not even reported on any of the 3 major bureaus - interesting where the results are even being generated from. CFPB investigation report will be filed.

Misleading Fees
