Unprofessional Service
This company or at least an associate of theirs is extremely rude and interrupts you at every opportunity - do not attempt to ask questions or inquire about results they receive from a soft credit pull as their answer is you are denied, goodbye. Completely unprofessional. The credit results the associate told me I have are not even reported on any of the 3 major bureaus - interesting where the results are even being generated from. CFPB investigation report will be filed.

Misleading Fees
I signed up for debt relief and was told the fee was 7%. Later, I found out it was 25%. They took $592.00 for their fees without informing me. I feel deceived and taken advantage of.

Misleading Promises

Don?t Waste Your Time
I regret ever signing up for First Choice Debt Relief. From the start, I felt like they were just taking my money and dragging things along. There were no clear updates on my case, and every time I called for help, I was told that things were in progress. But after months of waiting, I didn?t see any improvement. The process was slow, confusing, and ultimately, I ended up in the same position I was in when I started, but with more fees to pay. I would definitely not recommend them.
