The terms of the loan were clearly explained; no hidden surprises were involved. In fact, it was possible to receive the funds in less than a day to pay for an unexpected expense. It was quite reasonable as far as repayment options, and the entire process had full transparency. I had used a couple of other loan services before, but none of them were so clear, fast, or reliable like Fineday Funds.

Slow Loan Processing

Applied for a loan with Fineday Funds hoping it will be quickly approved and it was too slow as they told me that I would get a decision within 24 hours, while I had to wait until nearly 4 days for a response. This lack of communication was frustrating because I'd have to contact their customer service multiple times just to get some kind of update. Once approved, the funds were deposited into my account relatively quickly. However, slow processing and a lack of updates during the process made for a less than desirable experience. Hopefully, they can do better on this end.

Hidden Fees

Hidden fees surprised me in Fineday Funds. The interest rate, I admit, was fair when I applied, but the final loan agreement caused my attention to be called to the hidden charges. I felt misled since I had not been informed of these extra charges prior to applying for the loan. While writing to customer service regarding this issue, the response was rather slow, and the customer service person did not even try to help me out. I would recommend reading all the fine print very well before agreeing on anything with them.

Poor Communication

My experience with Fineday Funds was stricken with poor communication. The loan application process was pretty straightforward, but after submitting it, nothing was heard of me for nearly a week. I had to call them several times to ask for updates on my application, which was frustrating in some ways. The reply received after that was that approvals were withheld as they needed more checks, but the money did eventually come through, and it was a bad form of communication. Quick Service, But Higher Interest Rates

I was satisfied with the speed at which I was granted Fineday Funds. It wasn't complicated, and money was in my bank account the very next day. However, I was surprised to see that the interest rate is higher than what I expected. I think they could have competed better in terms of the rates. The customer service people were helpful, but I would have looked forward to lower costs.
