Sad When Choosing Figo due to Shy service

I've been at Figo for half a year, and I must state that coverage was okay-ish, but it's become frustrating for the claims; my dog has had this schedule check-up lately, so that day after the check, I made the claim. Although I followed all their instructions and submitted everything on time, the reimbursement took over two weeks to process. In that period, I had to contact customer support several times and had to wait for days to get responses. I know claims take time, but two weeks is too long, especially for something as simple as a checkup. The premiums are also on the higher side, and I?m not sure if the service justifies the cost. I?ve heard good things about other pet insurance companies, so I?ll be looking into switching once my policy ends. I?m honestly quite disappointed.

Not Worth the Price

I have been disappointed with Figo Pet Insurance since day one. Their premium was much higher than any other pet insurance providers I researched, and so far, I don't have a good experience with how they handle claims. Absolutely Excellent Care for My Furry Family Members

This is my second year at Figo Pet Insurance and I can only be very happy with choosing this insurance. My two dogs each have very different health situations, but so far, without any issue, Figo has taken care of them for me. The claims processing is quite easy, plus I appreciate the app wherein I could monitor everything even from my phone. Recently, one of my dogs needed surgery, and the process was seamless?everything was handled quickly, and the reimbursement was direct-deposited within days. I?ve spoken to customer service a few times, and every interaction has been friendly and helpful. The premiums are slightly higher than what I?ve seen with other providers, but the level of service and coverage is unmatched. I feel confident knowing that both my pets are covered, no matter what happens.

Excellent Experience, No Complaints

I switched to Figo Pet Insurance about six months ago after I was recommended by a friend. The onboarding process was quick, and the app is incredibly easy to navigate. Decent but Service a Bit Slow

Ever since I started using Figo a couple of months ago, I would give full marks to the coverage, but there were far too many days that passed from when I submitted my claim until I received reimbursement. Within two weeks is far too long for processing, especially with how quickly I have received reimbursements in the past through other pet insurance providers. Customer support was good, but the experience overall was not ideal because of the slow processing time.

Overpriced, but good coverage

Figo's coverage is excellent but the premiums are too steep for my wallet. I had to make a recent claim and the reimbursement was okay, but it didn't help me from thinking I could get a better deal. I am happy with coverage, but will likely compare prices when my policy expires.

Coverage is Good, But Slow Claims Process

I have been with Figo for a few months, and while I do appreciate the coverage, I was expecting the claims to be processed faster. I submitted a claim for a routine checkup, and it took almost two weeks to get reimbursed. They need time to process the claims, but I would expect quicker service. If you want reimbursement to happen within a short period of time, this may not be the best choice.

Expensive, slow service

Not entirely content with Figo. Really, premiums are high relative to other organizations. Had a few problems with it when I called customer services and it was days before even receiving a reply to claim help. Have not had one problem with coverage itself so not sure if the services justify the premium.

Okay, But Room for Improvement

I have found my experience with Figo average so far. Their premium is a little pricey, and the claims process takes time. Upon making a vet visit, I actually had to call them multiple times before getting my reimbursement. So, though the customer support is good, I hope the claims would go through faster. Coverage is good, so not sure if I will be sticking to them long.
