I chose the company Fidelity Life because they seemed to be an authentic and respectable company, but my experience has been woefully disappointing. After a family member passed away under unfortunate circumstances, I filed a claim, and the system was inefficient and messy from the very beginning. First, it took me nearly a month for them to acknowledge that they received the documents submitted. The responses were always evasive and very delayed every time I called to request an update. But the worst was when I eventually got an update, which had a lot of errors that had to be corrected and therefore further extended the process. It was such a stressful experience, and it felt like I was following up for nothing most of the time. If you desire timely and efficient service, look elsewhere because Fidelity Life does not meet that standard at all.
