Poor Communication and Delays
I ordered for a birthday trip and selected express shipping just to be safe. The estimated delivery was 3 days, but it took almost 10. By the time my package came, the trip was over. When I emailed Fashion Nova, they said shipping delays happen and refused to refund the extra I paid. That?s not fair. I ended up not even wearing half the stuff because the trip was already done. The quality wasn?t great either?one of the tops had makeup stains on it, like it had been returned and re-shipped. I was honestly shocked. I thought this was a reputable brand, but the lack of care and poor communication really turned me off. They clearly don?t prioritize customer satisfaction, and I won?t be ordering from them again. I?ve had better service from much smaller brands. Just be careful if you?re ordering for something time-sensitive?it might not show up on time.

Pretty Pictures, Cheap Reality
Fashion Nova has mastered marketing, but the product doesn?t match the promise. Everything looks amazing online, but what I got was disappointing. The fit is awkward, even though I checked their size chart carefully. The stitching on some items is messy, and the fabric feels cheap and thin. I could honestly see through one of the dresses I bought. I reached out about exchanging it, but the whole return process was too complicated and only gave store credit. I didn?t even want to order anything else after that. It feels like a trap?get you to spend, then make it hard to get help or refunds. It?s a shame because they have such cute designs, but the execution is just not there. If they worked on quality and customer care, they?d be amazing. Until then, I?m done. There are better, more reliable places to shop online for the same price.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I?ve never had such a hard time dealing with an online retailer. I placed a large order for a vacation and paid extra for fast shipping. Not only was my order late, but half the items were missing. When I contacted customer service, I got auto-responses and no help. I kept following up and got the runaround for over a week. They eventually gave me store credit for the missing items, but that wasn?t helpful because I needed the clothes for a specific event. No apology, no urgency. The clothes that did arrive were okay, but nothing special. After this experience, I?ll never shop with Fashion Nova again. It?s just not worth the stress. There are plenty of other fashion brands out there that value customers and offer real support. I regret giving them my money, and I hope others don?t make the same mistake. They seriously need to do better.

Hit or Miss, Mostly Miss
I?ve placed a few orders with Fashion Nova and while I?ve gotten a couple of cute pieces, the bad ones outnumber the good. One time I got a top with the sleeves sewn on backwards. Another time, the zipper was completely broken. Their quality control is really inconsistent. Plus, the material on a lot of the items feels like it won?t survive more than one wear. I want to like the brand because they do have a lot of size-inclusive and trendy options, but it?s just not worth the gamble. The return policy makes things worse?only store credit, no refunds, and the process takes forever. For the money I?ve spent, I could?ve bought better quality pieces elsewhere. I?m giving up after this last order because it?s too frustrating to deal with. I?ll only keep the few decent items and call it a lesson learned. Cute style isn?t enough to keep me coming back.

Quality Does Not Match Price
I bought a few dresses and a jacket from Fashion Nova, thinking they?d be decent for the price. When the order came, I was shocked at how flimsy everything felt. The jacket was so thin it might as well have been a shirt, and the dresses looked nothing like the photos?one was totally see-through. The stitching on one dress was already coming undone before I even wore it. I tried to wash one item on gentle cycle and it shrunk badly. I understand it?s fast fashion, but I expected at least average quality. Instead, I got clothes I can?t even wear. Cute Clothes, But Terrible Returns

Never Received My Order

Perfect Jeans Every Time
I cannot rave enough about Fashion Nova jeans. I?ve bought six pairs in the last year, and each one fits me perfectly. It?s so hard to find jeans that flatter my body type, especially with curves and a smaller waist, but theirs always work. They have a good amount of stretch without losing shape. I also love their high-waist styles. Returns are pretty easy, too, if something doesn?t work. Customer service has been helpful the couple times I needed them. Fashion Nova is my first stop for denim and really cute tops that go well with jeans.
