Unacceptable customer service.
After several weeks of trying out Farm Fresh to You, I?ve finally decided to stop my subscription. The produce quality is decent, but that?s about the only positive thing I can say. Customer service is a complete nightmare. When there was an issue with a missing item in my delivery, I was on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak to someone. When I finally reached someone, that person was not only unhelpful but rude. They couldn't provide a reasonable explanation for the mistake and simply told me it would be fixed "next time." Unfortunately, I don't want there to be a "next time." The lack of respect and accountability is why I'm walking away from this service. It's a shame, because the concept is great, but poor service ruins the experience.

Good service, but room for improvement
I have had pretty good luck with Farm Fresh to You. The produce is mostly fresh and delicious, and the delivery is pretty reliable. My only complaint is the app: sometimes it is hard to update my order or customize it. That said, I will keep using it.

Good produce, but inconvenient delivery.
While I've been generally happy with the quality of the produce I've received from Farm Fresh to You, the delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know how many times my boxes have shown up late, and I've had to shift plans around. The delivery window is often wide, and it feels like they can't stick to it. I've also had items swapped or left out completely. When I finally called customer service, they were nice, but still didn't resolve my problems in a timely manner. The fresh produce is fabulous, but I just don't need the headache of unreliable deliveries.

Amazing Quality, Worth the Price
I am definitely referring to this after being a customer of Farm Fresh to You for months-it's been such a wonderful service. The quality of the produce is far superior to what I've found at my local grocery stores, and I've been very impressed with how fresh everything is when it arrives. My favorite part is the ability to customize the order each week, which lets me focus on the items I use most often. The delivery is always punctual, and the box is packed with care. I also really value how they have organic options; that's really a main reason for me and my family. There were one or two cases when the delivery time had problems, but it got sorted by customer service without much ado. Yes, it is slightly costlier than buying stuff from the local store, but definitely worth the quality and freshness. Overall, quite happy with the service thus far, and it remains part of my monthly list.

Cancelled my subscription after a poor month.
After receiving my last box from Farm Fresh to You, I have canceled my subscription. The quality of the produce in the box was unacceptable: some items were rotten, others were on the verge of spoilage, and a few were not even there. I have received boxes in the past that had damaged packaging, but this was the final straw. When I called customer service, the response was late and not helpful. It is aggravating to pay a premium for this service and continually receive inferior products with delivery. I won't be returning.

Love the Selection and Freshness
Farm Fresh to You has truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the produce is unmatched, with fruits and vegetables that stay fresh for much longer than what I?ve found in grocery stores. I love the selection?they offer a wide variety of seasonal items, which has encouraged me to try new recipes and explore new flavors. The customization feature is also fantastic, allowing me to select exactly what I want each week, and I can easily skip a delivery when I don?t need anything. The deliveries are always punctual, and I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging. On the rare occasion when I?ve had a problem with an order, customer service has been quick to respond and very helpful. Though it?s a bit pricier, the convenience and freshness are worth the cost. I?ll definitely continue using Farm Fresh to You and recommend it to others.

I've experienced multiple delays, often with no prior notification. There?s nothing more frustrating than planning meals around fresh ingredients, only to receive a late delivery or none at all. When I reached out to customer service, I didn?t feel like they were able to offer a real solution. Instead of being proactive, they seem to just apologize and offer a refund on the delivery fee. This isn?t enough when it?s become a recurring problem. If you?re looking for consistent, reliable service, this might not be the best choice.

Avoid if you need reliable delivery!
Where Farm Fresh to You completely falls apart is in the reliability of delivery. I have had several instances where deliveries show up days late, leaving me without the fresh ingredients I was counting on for meal prep. On top of that, the quality of the produce has been hit or miss. The last delivery included moldy strawberries and limp spinach, which I couldn't even use. When I reached out for a refund, it took way too long, and the resolution was minimal. I can't trust this service anymore, and I'm moving on. When you're paying a premium price, you expect top-quality service and produce. Unfortunately, Farm Fresh to You can't deliver on that promise consistently.

Worst experience ever with food delivery.
The worst experience I have ever had with any food delivery service. First, multiple times, the produce would come in late, and when it finally did, the quality was abysmally bad. I ordered a selection of fruits, and half of them were mushy or already starting to rot. I felt so underwhelmed and dismissed when contacting Farm Fresh to You for this very thing. All they told me was it was "still safe to eat," which, to be honest, I found absolutely unacceptable. It was just not what I signed on for with the service level, so after the third or fourth time, I cancelled my subscription. I am very disappointed because I felt I was supporting a good service, but it seems their standards are not that great.

Quality has declined, and it?s disappointing.
Farm Fresh to You was great when I first started getting the produce from them. Over the last few months, though, the quality has gone down. Vegetables like zucchini and bell peppers were soft or showed mold before the expiration date. It's concerning that there's such a noticeable decline in quality. I've also noticed that some of my favorite items, like tomatoes and cucumbers, have been swapped for lower-quality substitutes. The customer service team is nice enough, but their responses feel scripted and don't address the real issues. I wanted this to work, but at this point, I'm just not getting the quality I was promised. I will be looking for other options.

Perfect for busy families!
Finding time to shop for fresh produce has been hard until now with two young kids. Farm Fresh to You just makes it so easy, with their always fresh produce. Good idea, but lacks execution.
The idea behind Farm Fresh to You is great; I was excited to support local farmers. However, my experience with them has been very hit or miss. The products received are mostly fresh, yet portion sizes vary greatly. Items ordered, such as carrots, sometimes arrive extremely small and underdeveloped, more leftovers than freshly picked. The delivery times are also pretty hit or miss. Once, I had to change my whole schedule since they came hours after they said they would. Also, the pricing feels on the high side for what is offered. It is just a shame to see great potential being squandered by problems that could so easily be resolved by the better organization of details. I don't know whether to continue with them beyond this subscription.

I was excited to try this service, but the produce that I got was disappointing. Most of it was already bruised, and the greens were wilted. With the price, I expect fresher items.

Fresh, local, and delicious!

Quality has been subpar recently.
I have been using Farm Fresh to You for a while now, but lately, the quality of the produce has been on the decline. I have received wilted greens, overripe fruit, and some items that were near their expiration date. It's frustrating because I've always chosen this service for the freshness factor. But upon raising my concern, I was told that some fluctuations in quality do occur, but not this drastic. Some of them also arrived squashed because they were poorly packaged. And at this price, it needs to be better. This is sad because when they just started, everything used to be so fresh and really top-notch. I understand they might be facing supply chain issues, but the recent experiences have made me question whether it?s worth continuing. Hopefully, this is just a temporary issue, but I?m not sure how much longer I?ll stick with them if it continues.

Great Experience Overall!
Farm Fresh to You has been a very reliable service over the last six months. I love the variety of organic produce that arrives every week?everything is fresh and stays fresh longer than what I've found in local grocery stores. The delivery service is always on time, and the boxes are packed with care. The option to customize my order by what I want for the week is a big plus, and I've been able to try new vegetables that I may not necessarily pick up from a store. The quality of the produce is really top-notch, and I can taste it. Sometimes there are a few substitutions because something's out of stock, but they are always very reasonable and clearly communicated. They're friendly and responsive when issues arise. I will recommend giving this a go because it really has become such an end to my week that's awesome.

Could be great, but needs improvement.
Farm Fresh to You has a great concept, but it doesn't always live up to that concept. The produce is generally fresh, but I have received several items in damaged or poor condition. I?ve also noticed that their delivery times can be unpredictable, and when my box arrives late, the produce is sometimes affected. Amazing customer service

Disappointed with product quality.
I had high hopes when it came to Farm Fresh to You, but with several deliveries in, I am thoroughly unimpressed. The fruits and vegetables look a lot worse than anticipated: bruised or overly ripe. In one of the deliveries, a bunch of bananas came completely black and inedible. I called customer service, who apologized and refunded that item's cost, but it shouldn't happen in the future. Freshness should be guaranteed. I gave them a few more tries, and the problem did not get better. I even told them to recheck my account for consistency regarding the quality of the produce. The results remained unchanged. You feel annoyed because you're paying a higher price for fresh produce, knowing full well the quality control has been weak. I will never come back to their service.

Consistent quality and service.

Not as fresh as advertised.
The produce was nowhere near fresh. Some of the greens were already wilted, and a few of the fruits had bruises in them. You would at least expect much better quality for the price.

Inconsistent quality, overpriced.
I have tried Farm Fresh to You a few different months, and though I love the idea of supporting local farmers, I've been pretty disappointed. Sometimes the quality of the produce is great; sometimes not as good. Things like apples and potatoes would come in bruised or overripe. Also, prices are a little too high for what you actually receive. You expect more when you're paying a premium price. I did get a response from customer service, but there was really no solution provided. I'd like to continue supporting the company, but I am not sure it is worth the price.

Great service, but produce quality lacking.
