"Poor service. Oven cleaning was not completed as it should have been, and the engineers were more interested in getting the job done as quickly as possible than in cleaning my oven properly. Greasy finger marks all over the oven, and the inside still had streaks. I called customer services a number of times, but they didn't reply. Extremely unprofessional, and I regret that I hired them to carry out the work. Not worth paying for at all."

I had high expectations but was disappointed
"I had high expectations for this service, but I was greatly disappointed. The technicians were late and did not seem to have knowledge of the details of the service they were about to provide. There were still burn marks left on the oven after and during the cleaning. It seemed like they did not do it well. When I made a complaint over the phone, I was not happy with the response. I should have had more for my money."

Terrible experience
"Terrible experience. I booked an oven cleaning visit and the crew never turned up on time. I had to call them to find out where they were, and they never called back. When they did come, the clean wasn't great, with grime and marks still visible. I requested a discount but was brushed off. Time and money wasted. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for good oven cleaning."
