Misleading Pricing and Overcharges
Re: Deceptive price at checkout. This whole shipping costs and hidden fees added up to make it so much more at check out than it appeared it was going to cost. Tried to contact customer service regarding this and they were pretty dismissive. No real resolution made for me there. This lack of transparency to the customer deceives them.

Fantastic Product! Thoroughly Impressed.
I was really impressed with Extra Value Checks. There were plenty of designs to choose from for the templates, easy-to-follow choices for changes, and the final product looked exactly as I had hoped it would. The checks arrived earlier than we had estimated for them, which was a lovely surprise. Worthy of mention was the quality of the paper and the accuracy of the printing. There was also excellent service from top to bottom.

Checking Mistake

Printing Quality Bad and Service from Customer Care
Got my business checks with terrible print quality. The ink smeared and the alignment was woefully bad. When I contacted customer support, wait times and lame answers were the norm. They are reprinting the checks, but this whole scenario has dragged on and disappointed me plenty. Not what I expected from a company promising high-quality products.

Service Worth Waiting For
While the checks were fine in terms of quality, delivery was a nightmare. It was misdirected three times, and I waited over three weeks for it. Several calls to customer care did not help much-they took their sweet time trying to solve the problem. This service would never see my desk again due to this experience.

Delayed Shipment and Unresponsive Service
This was frustrating as the delivery came after nearly a month since I got my checks. At that time, the customer service was barely reachable. When I managed to get hold of them, it was incoherent and no compensation was offered regarding this inconvenience. Such a level of service does not seem like something one would look forward to from a company that announced it cares about customers' needs.
