Offer Not Even Worth the Hype
I think the offer was much below the value of the gold when calculated at the ruling market rate. The entire process was very simple. However, the pay was very less. Customer support came through very promptly, and in that respect, I may possibly look at other options when the value is better to it. The process was pretty simple, but the price was a little low compared to my expectation. Customer service is pretty good, but the value isn't there. Good if you need it fast, though probably not the best when needing top dollar.

Overpromised, Under-delivered
I read the good reviews, but my experience was not that. The price I got was much less than what I had expected, and the whole process took more time than they said it would. The customer service was all right, but the value for my gold was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this service if you are expecting top dollar.

Not Satisfied with an Offer
I tried Express Gold Cash out of reviews, but the offer was really a letdown. Much lower than what I needed, even on checking market price. All went pretty smooth, though the valuation did stink. Okay service. Not the best ever. It was an easy process, but the offer was a little low for my taste. Customer service was fantastic, but I did not need that here. Convenient, but it is nothing special. May shop around next time.

The process was transparent, but took a lot longer than they promised. I was left hanging while waiting for my money. Not easy. Respectful customer care, it is just so disappointing as this is taking a very long time to get money back. The offer is average, but they should learn to get things done fast. I tried Express Gold Cash based on reviews, but the deal left me unimpressed. The quotation was much smaller than what I wanted it to be, even according to market value. Nice process, but not too good on valuation. Decent, nothing spectacular, if you ask me.

Value Disappointment
