Good Credit Monitoring, Slow Customer Support
So far, so good with Experian. Pretty thorough in their credit monitoring, and I find their website very manageable. The only hang-up is waiting for customer support to hopefully deal with a problem.

Identity Theft Protection
I give it all five stars as Experian has been my savior as far as monitoring my credit goes. I fell victim to identity theft several months ago and was able to catch it in time before it got out of hand because of the alerts they provided. The identity theft protection and fraud resolution service they have really walked me through every step in restoring my credit. They do make it super easy to keep tabs on my score, and I just love the convenience of how easy it is to lock my credit report with one click. The customer service people were very helpful, too. It was definitely worth every penny!

Worth the Subscription
Great for Experian to keep an eye on my credit. I have been subscribed to their credit monitoring and identity theft protection for almost a year, but this really marks the first time I feel secure. I quite like the ability to lock my credit file instantly through their app. It is pretty easy to work your way around, and the alerts one receives in case of something changing are immediate and informative. Their fraud protection service was also good when someone tried to take out a loan in my name. It's well worth the subscription for my peace of mind!

Good Service
I have been using Experian for credit monitoring, and generally, their service has been pretty good. I did like their Boost feature, and it really helped improve my score by 20 points. I like how they give breakdowns of what is affecting my credit in detail; that makes it way easier to improve my score. The only drawback is that their premium service is quite expensive. With the knowledge that they are always checking my credit and notifying me of any suspicious activity, I must say that I feel somewhat secured.

Great Fraud Detection
This was a great service with Experian to monitor my credit. The fraud detection is strong, and I enjoy the real-time updates on my credit report. Boost was a nice additional feature that made a difference in improving my score.

Excellent Service
I have had Experian in service for more than two years, and it's been excellent. The Boost feature helped me increase my credit score by 30 points in just a couple of months, which greatly helped me as I applied for a home loan. I also appreciate how easy it is to lock and unlock my credit when needed. It's intuitive, and it makes tracking my credit a total breeze. The fraud alerts are quick, and knowing they're out there keeping watch for me makes me feel so much safer. Highly recommended!

Great Tool for Building Credit

Improve Customer Service

Impressive Boost Feature and User-Friendly App
I just love the 'Boost' feature of Experian. I saw my credit score go up by 18 points in just a couple of weeks. It updates the scores in literally the best time, and regarding the simplicity of the app, there's no match. Really worth it, the subscription is, if one is seriously into improving one's credit score.

Customer Service Issues
While Experian actually does offer great credit monitoring services, I have had a few issues that made it less than ideal. First of all, their automated system is highly frustrating. Every time I try to reach customer support, it always results in loops that the system should already know. I needed help with a possible fraud case, and it took days before I was able to get in contact with a real person. The credit monitoring service is okay, but for this price, I would expect at least decent customer service.

Easy Credit Management
I signed up for Experian after trying to raise my credit score for years, and their tools made it very easy for me to pinpoint the problem areas in my report and take action. Their Boost feature was insane! After linking a couple of utility bills, my score shot up 25 points. The real-time updates on my credit report really help me when I was paying down my debt. That is one great feeling, knowing I am in control of my credit now. Really love their service.

Customer Service Issues
Signed up with Experian to prevent data breaches. The credit lock feature was alright, and for that, I signed up. However, the hidden fees astonished me. I was under the impression that basic protection does not cost anything, but after a few months, I started seeing a charge on my credit card. That is just not fair to have to pay for something that should automatically be safeguarded. And to top it all off, their customer service responded really slowly when trying to dispute the charge. Not a good experience.

Hidden Charges are Frustrating
Experian's credit lock works well, but I did get extra charges of which I had not been aware. Generally, the service is good; it is just frustrating to get costs that I wasn't expecting. Improvement needs to be done in customer support.

Consistent Updates

Expensive
The service is good, but Experian is a little expensive for what they have. I signed up with them to monitor my credit and protect myself against identity theft, but quickly found out other companies have a similar service for much cheaper. I have also faced some problems with their support team; they took quite a while to resolve a minor problem with my account. The Boost feature did help my score a little, but I'm not sure if it is really worth the price tag in the long run. Overall, the service works, but isn't really the best value for money.

Highly Recommended, Amazing App
Experian has been an excellent tool for maintaining my credit. But of course, the big surprise was when their Boost feature linked my utility payments and shot my credit score up a whopping 28 points. The actual app is basic and easy to use; it's pretty painless to track my score and report. Fraud protection services have also been great: when there's any suspicious activity, I immediately get alerts, and this really gave me a sense of security. The detailed breakdown on my credit report is really useful in understanding what impacts my score. Overall, I got an outstanding service from Experian, and I would really recommend this to anyone needing to improve and/or monitor their credit.

Dissapointed with Hidden Charges
I found this Experian app to be convenient, and I enjoyed the Boost feature in it. Still, with respect to some of the services, I felt cheated because they were not free but incurred hidden charges. Another area for improvement is in its customer support, which must be prompt when issues crop up.
